Came in a group, everyone had received all there food, gave me the wrong item so I sent it back, my food never came till everyone finished there plate never offered me a refund Nor anything didn’t even eat!

We wanted to try the cheesecake. When we entered the restaurant there were lots of seats inside and outside free. We had to go to the counter. The ladies there told us, we have to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated. We asked for a seat in the sun. We did not understand that but we waited. Apparently we waited more than 25 minutes. After that we asked at the counter because we still saw lots of free tables. Then the lady said, we have to wait a few more minutes we will be the next to be seated. A few minutes later a lady wanted to give us a seat in the shade. All sunny seats were either occupied or on the table was the used stuff from others. So we told the lady we wanted to be seated in the sun. After that she told us to wait again inside. After 10 minutes of waiting we left. We waited nearly 40-50 minutes. Not to recommend this spot!!

We only ate cheesecake and it was delicious. But we paid by card, and I had already told them the amount I wanted to pay (including the tip). After the payment, the waitress handed me a receipt and told me to sign it and write down how much tip I was going to give. Since we are not locals, we didn’t understand why this was necessary, as we wanted included the tip in the card payment. We explained that we had no cash and didn’t understand the situation about the tip. At that point, the waitress spoke to us like we were dogs. Quote: “liar, useless and go away.” I believe no waitress should speak like this to a paying customer.

I am a Dasher and I went to this restaurant for a pickup order. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes, but even after waiting that long, the restaurant employees behaved very rudely toward me and did not give me the order. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This not only wasted my time but also affected my delivery performance and caused frustration for the customer as well.

I kindly request DoorDash to take strict action against this restaurant for their unprofessional conduct and poor service. No Dasher should have to face this kind of mistreatment while working.
