We went to The Cheesecake Factory in Union Square just for the cheesecake, and it was perfect just like always. What we really loved about this location is the outdoor seating. The terrace has a great view and a really nice vibe. If you go, definitely ask to sit outside even if there’s a bit of a wait. It’s totally worth it!
Indoor and Outdoor seating (with heaters) Service is Top and caters to customer needs and requests. We had Alexis and he was on top of our food and drinks order. I love going to this specific Cheese cake factory in SF because of the atmosphere. It's beautiful inside and on the patio. Their patio is up high about Macy's and you have a beautiful view of the square. The food is always delicious and the wine is lovely. The only drawback is that alot of the time you have to wait to get seated, because they are busy , and the servers get busy with many tables , and don't always check in with you when you are seated .
