My husband loves Cigars and we just stopped in to check it out. This was our first time in SF and we really enjoyed the city. We will definitely come back and visit.

The cigar lounge is in an open air courtyard. The cigar selection is fairly small but there are plenty of good choices. The chairs in the lounge area are standard restaurant table chairs, so do not expect big comfy chairs like an indoor lounge. This is due to the law that smoking can only be in outdoor spaces.

We ordered a few cocktails which were excellent and an appetizer of empanadas which were very yummy. Our service was top notch as well.

If you are in San Francisco and want to smoke a cigar, I recommend The Cigar Bar and Grill.

One thing to note is that there are only stairs to get into the place. I currently have a broken ankle but made it up and down the stairs. I really wanted a cigar!

We have been patrons ten years back when we studied in SF. The place is very much alive and thriving! Excellent place for either a drink and a cigar and chatting with friends or the salsa experience!

Food and drinks are always good and I love when they play live music. Ambiance is great!!
However there is a tall rude bartender (I don’t his name) who is extremely childish and sprayed me with the water dispensers on purpose because I asked if an ID on my phone would work. He said no, and I said it’s okay I won’t drink. He threw a fit telling me I have to leave. He could’ve easily politely said no, as I was about to get my real ID from my purse, but before I could he stomps off to his manager to have him talk to me like I did something bad. That is when he proceeds to aim water towards me as he was making drinks. He then loudly talks about me to his coworkers as if I couldn’t hear him. Mind you this a grown man.
Other than that I love this place

I recently visited and it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxed evening, and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable about their cigar selection. The drinks were top-notch, especially the smoked Fashioned. Their guacamole and chips was a great choice – the guacamole was fresh and flavorful. Overall, a great spot for a night out!

I danced plenty of salsa in a Friday night! I spilled my beer and the bartender was nice enough to get me a new bottle. I would not have anticipated this. Then, upon glancing at the cigar options, a young lady came up to ask me if I needed help and as a movie aficionado she made an excellent suggestion of an AJ Fernandez to go with my 12 yr Diplomatico at the end of the night. This was truly a 10/10 experience and I look forward to being back.

Beers are $8-9
Pours and cigars vary.
Reasonably priced considering upcharge and city living! ?

It was pretty cool place. Even though personally do not like cigars, their outdoor was nicely designed and ventilated and it was cool to hang out there. Their drinks were also good and foods were good. Minus one star for me because I felt like they're old-fashioned really was somewhat watered down......

Or maybe it was just the bourbon they were using was nice strong as I'm used to....

I love a good cigar and having a cigar in San Francisco, with live music, the most diverse talent I have seen in a hot one. Yes, please!!

It was salsa night, and the talent was stunning! Wildly diverse crowd of lovely ladies, dancing, and enjoying the night. It was a thing of beauty.

The hostess, Maria, is adorable and super nice to chat with. I felt like she was really helpful with my cigar selection. She suggested a Montecristo Platinum, to pair with the whiskey my buddy was drinking. It was nice to get a solid cigar suggestion. We both enjoyed the smoking experience, and the cigars were smooth, peppery, and just right.

Our server, Sara, was fantastic! She was fun to chat with, and honest about the menu items we were thinking of ordering. She made sure we had our drinks as quickly as possible, considering it was completely packed in there. She did a really good job, and she's very friendly, chatty, and a cool cat.

We just needed some appetizers and didn't get a chance to order from the dinner menu, but everything sounds delish!

Duck Fat Papa Bravas:
How do you see duck fat on the menu, know it's fried, and not order it? I can't say cause we killed these! Super crispy exterior, cooked through on the inside, and served up with a spicy aioli. Simple, but executed accurately. Very good.

Chicken Flautas:
Not bad, but not great. I definitely would suggest a more aggressive seasoning on the chicken and some more salt. It lacked flavor, and that punch of spice to go with the crunchy cabbage and the sour of the lime.

The drinks were pretty solid too. My buddy had 3 whiskeys, he loved every drop, and overall, the tab wasn't too bad for two dudes having a night on the town.

This is now my go-to cigar bar when I am in the city.

I used to come here almost every weekend for Salsa nights. I enjoy the laid back and chill atmosphere. The Salsa instructors Ava and Rodolfo are the best in the Bay.
