Very good experience at The Claypot House. The claypot rice with yellow eel and preserved meat packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the aroma from the clay pot added a unique depth to every bite. The staff was friendly, and the service was fast. Definitely a must-visit if you’re craving authentic Chinese-Toisanese comfort food!

scam. We ordered a sea cucumber and abalone claypot rice (small), a soup and a veggie dish to go over the phone. We got home and found that there were only two tiny pieces of sea cucumber. The serving is supposed to serve three people. How do we divide up the sea cucumber :)? And then there were 4 canned abalone. We got more chicken and mushroom than anything else.
In addition, we found that they over charged us on every single item: the rice by $10, the soup by $6, and the veggie by $3 comparing to the price on the online menu. This place is the opposite of honesty and integrity.
I would not come back and I will be calling my credit card for dispute.

Delicious clay pot rice! The Chinese sausage is superb. Nice staff as well. Portion size is large, you’ll definitely be leaving with a takeout box.
I was craving Taishan claypot rice so I ventured out here for lunch.
Ordered the unagi claypot and combo Chinese sausage, chicken, pork and duck claypot.
Free soup is free but was nice to eat with the crusty claypot rice. The unagi was delicious. Big portion. There were bits of the combo that could of gotten crispier but it's all good.
Service was kind and quick. I will be back for sure.
