The Dubliner is a clean, lovely, and welcoming watering hole in Noe Valley on 24th Street. It has a long bar, high tops along the opposite wall, and a few in the back of the room. The men's restroom is also clean and well-stocked. The noise level is average to quiet, and it's a full bar with plenty of oat sodas. The pints are $8 regardless of beer, and a moderate pour of whiskey runs $10 per glass. The service may not always be prompt, but the solo bartender, a star known for her fast and pleasant service, will make her way to you. The crowd is mostly locals, and the overall vibe is friendly.
