The Felix offers a vibrant atmosphere reminiscent of old Hong Kong movies with neon vibes and Asian-inspired decor. Guests can enjoy excellent cocktails, including the Felix Swizzle and Pisco, amidst good music and a DJ playing hits from the early 2000s. The shish kebob is a standout dish, described as tender, while the pho Chex mix is a fantastic snack. The Bo Kho Bao buns are also good, with soft meat and great flavor, though the Salt & Pepper tots could use more seasoning. The Yamanashi highball is just OK, missing some advertised flavors. Despite a cover charge and pricey drinks, the ambience, hidden door, and unique seating like the mahjong table add to the charm. The space is small but not too cramped, with loungey vibes and great music. However, the service can be slow as the place gets busy, and it is quite loud, falling somewhere between a club and a bar. The stairs leading down aren’t well-lit, so be careful.
