Good food. Service Ok. They don't give you any trays when dining in. Workers behind the counter don't appear to be too pushed to go out of their way for customers.

I will come back for the food only, not the customer service.

It's good food and the prices are ok however when my family went in to grab our takeout there was a sign that said they charge a tip like 10or20%. The staff said they were sorry it's the owner who posted the sign. The owner wasn't there but the staff were pleasant so my family gave a tip because we're cool people and appreciate hard working people and we are too.

The prices have gone extremely ridiculous.. I used to be like 15 for a bowl now they’re charging $21 and it’s only one dollar less for a small

Great spot for a quick and flavorful meal in downtown San Francisco. The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the portions are generous. Their gyro and chicken platters are delicious, especially with the white sauce. Plenty of seating, clean space, and good value for the area. Perfect for a satisfying halal meal on the go!

The Hijabi lady was pretty kind, the food was very delicious, and the portion was worth the price, definitely going to come back.

The Chicken is boiled, not grilled. Portion Size ist rather small. Price for a Chicken Sandwich of 15$ is just not fair. Not gonna come again.

The food is great here. We went around 4 am, so it was crowded and a bunch of characters, we ordered to go. But overall not a bad spot. Not many places to sit down and they had no order of how guests stand in line. A guy obviously cut the line and although they recognized he skipped they still served him and his friends

I’ve had halal guys at other locations around the country. I don’t know if the quality went downhill or it’s just this restaurant but honestly I was disappointed with the food. The flavors are completely different and there are limited toppings compared to the locations in LA & Dallas.

The food is shit compared to the original Halal Guys in NYC. It's tasteless, pricy and really not worth it. Do not go to this place.
