A staff member dropped my entire bag of food on the floor and proceeded to laugh about it in front of a dining room full of people.

The chicken and rice were dry and didn’t seem as fresh as it could be, even after a generous portion of the white sauce (which I thought would help).

Bland chicken, bread tastes like an old loaf ready to be thrown away! Terrible tasting food, highly overpriced $15 for a sandwich!

Completely inedible, Tastes like dog food. Dry bland low quality meat. This is a disgrace to Mediterranean/ middle eastern food. Want my 20 dollars back, every dollar

Disgusting restaurant, never go there, the meat is dark
I had Halal Guys recommended to me a few months ago and finally got around to trying it today. Who eats this stuff? I wouldn't feed it to a dog. The pita is significantly worse than anything you can get at the supermarket. It was dry and probably very old. It was nearly inedible, I threw most of it away. The hummus was worse than the grocery store brands, too. Disappointing. And the sandwich was boring. Easily the worst kebab I've had in my entire life. What a waste of $30. The portions were small. The costs were high. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to eat here.

Really bummed to get food poising from this location today because I’ve ordered here once or twice a week the past month. I didn’t know why it tasted super salty and overall just really off, and within two hours I was so sick and it was/is the only thing I had eaten today.

“Regular Beef Platter & Falafel”
A place that comes to mind every now and then!
After finishing work at 10 PM, I was hungry and started craving Halal Guys, which I had been thinking about for a while. I ordered it for delivery through DoorDash, and after almost an hour (since the restaurant is quite far from where I live), I finally received the food. Normally, I order it for lunch at the office (less than a 10-minute drive) and enjoy it fresh, but since some time had passed, the food was quite cold when it arrived. Still, it had been a while, and I enjoyed it!

The falafel sandwich really fell flat! And the fries are below average. But, the chicken wings were good but heavily breaded. But, It did not seem like that they were making their own chicken wings, it tasted like something they purchased. The dining room is kind of messy and the bathrooms were roped off and closed to the public. This was really a turn off. So this location of Halal Guys is not good :/

As a paying customer, I was disappointed to be denied restroom access 12/8/2024. The restroom was operational, but customers were inexplicably barred from using it. This practice shows a lack of consideration for patrons and basic hospitality standards. I hope management reconsiders this policy to improve the customer experience.

The reviews are misleading. Save your money. This reminded me
of that gyro bag they sell at costco. Hummus was cold. Sorry major disappointment. ALWAYS READ REVIEWS
We had a very bad experience with sf Halal guys
1. The quantity of food is too less
2. Food is cold. Rice is not cooked well.
3. Falafel insides are not well done.
I would not recommend this place. Please save you money
