I ordered garlic potatoes, a fish wrap paired with a Lagunitas IPA, everything was absolutely exquisite. The service is quick. The only downside is that there are no restrooms on site, and the ones you can use at Pier 39 are not exactly close.

If i could give the place 0 stars I would the food is absolutely disgusting ur better off eating at McDonald’s how disgusting it is here the staff have poor attitudes just sitting on there phone and don’t even greet you. I knew I shouldn’t have went in when I seen it completely empty. Clam chowder tasted like their chilly like bowls aren’t cleaned proper because of how strong the chilly taste is in the clam chowder. I asked for a refund politely and waited for their line to go away to not make a scene the older lady helps us and she laughs at me when I ask for a refund she then proceeds to say I need to get my boss then but is so rude. Don’t eat here save yourself the hassle please.

The food was adequate and reasonable priced, although the fish portions in the fish and chips order were small. The included salad was miniscule.

Stopped in yesterday and decided on getting the fried clam strips. Iam not even sure they were really clam strips, as they were tasteless. They didn’t taste sweet, they didn’t taste anything and I felt they had been down too long and over cooked. The basket came with fry’s and a side of tartar, but I asked to swap out for cocktail sauce. The sauce was semi frozen and was unable to use it. The place as expected was vet crowded but that doesn’t excuse the clam strips from not tasting like clam strips especially at the price point they charge. Iam not telling anyone not to go and have the strips or to not order any of the other popular items. Iam just expressing my thoughts and feelings.

They do not validate parking. The clam chowder has bacon. I didn’t like it. My fish and chips were good.

Avoid this place if you can. Their clam chowder is overly thick, and the bread bowl is stale—probably a day or two old. Overall, it's a disappointing spot at the pier.

This was my favorite place for Fish and chips
At 20:40 the staff brazenly starts throwing people out to clean up - they could not sell me food close the place faster
If they sold me a meal, why are they running around me and cleaning the tables?

The other reviews talk about the tiny portion size. The food is pretty bad too. You can do better grabbing something from the grocery store and throwing it in the microwave. The prices are way too high for the quality and portions.

Waited over 30 minutes for a Philly cheesesteak, and when it finally showed up it was mid at best. No heads-up, no apology, just a long, boring wait for something totally forgettable. Definitely not worth the time.

The food was not that good except for the two pieces of fish. Kind of overpriced for the quality and quantity. Fries and coleslaw though, it’s not good.
