Sophie was an absolutely wonderful bartender, she made excellent suggestions for craft cocktails that we will remember for years to come! The vibe is immaculate if you’re looking for something a bit unique and off the beaten path of Fisherman’s Wharf. Can’t wait to come back!

Easily of the best, if not the best bar in SF. Such unique drinks that are all so tasty and relatively worth their price tag compared to most other bars in the city.

The vibe of the place is also super, super cool and in the summer especially it’s just great.

Excellent drinks, superb atmosphere. It felt like home in a way almost nowhere does.

Such a cool and unique place to grab a drink with a friend or for a date night!

Loved this place - went for a work-focused event. Interesting bar with lots of information about the 10k year clock (which will be in West Texas apparently). Good beer, well laid out and relaxed vibe.

Bar + coffee shop + bookstore = the ultimate hidden gem! The vibe is pure magic—a cabinet of curiosities meets an art gallery, where every corner tells a story and brims with character and charm.

What a wonderful place! We met here to join a small networking event and had a fun time. The service was great, the snacks were yummy (though the list is limited), and the interior is inspiring. I recommend the hot toddy and Ultraviolet Cabernet. Watch out for the slippery couches though ;)

Great spot, great vibe, when I walked in. But the waiter guy was absolutely rude for no apparent reason and disinterested. Way to kill the vibe of the place.

The ultimate San Francisco bar—with books to rebuild civilization, clocks set to run for thousands of years, a book of bets on the future, and top-notch drinks. It’s a perfect spot for intellectual conversations about the future while reading past wagers!

Incredible atmosphere and drinks. Beware - they close very early (10:59 last time I came around). Great staff but truly early birds.

What a hidden gem. Never been here but it is tucked into Fort Mason. Air smells like the ocean. High ceilings. Second floor is like a library. Great wifi. Looks like amazing cocktails (I got a coffee and it was fantastic). Amazing staff the bouncer and the tender were both so courteous and classy. I love this spot. Im working here but feel like Im on vacation!

We stopped at The Interval At Long Now after a long walk through the city to cool off and wet our palettes. We hadn't been to Fort Mason before, but were glad to have known about this bar in advance as it was a bit hidden in the back of the complex.

As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by the atmosphere. With books all around and steampunkesque decor throughout the bar and tables, this bar definitely has an eclectic yet calming atmosphere.

I got the Paxton's Arrow while my partner got the I've Grown to Love Life Too Much. Although I was super excited by the combination green chile vodka, Ancho Reyes, and celery/green chile tincture, I found Paxton's Arrow to be a bit celery forward, and didn't think the drink came together quite as I was expecting.

On the other hand, my partner and I both loved the I've Grown to Love Life Too Much two-part cocktail. Neither of us have had a two-part cocktail quite like this, and found that the cognac, spiced pear liqueur, and creme de cacao came together beautifully in the main drink, which was also washed down nicely with the dry champagne accompanying it.

Sadly, we were not able to stay for another round, as the cocktail menu is quite interesting and varied. Needless to say, we will be back!
