Italian homemade Pasta Factory SF
Customizable pasta spot with variety of sauces. Came here for a casual dinner with my boyfriend on a Friday evening and we had the ravioli with meat sauce and tagliatelle with pesto. It was a generous portion and the team member helping us was friendly. They have dried pastas that you can also buy. Plenty of indoor seating and they have self service water. You pay first and then receive your order.

This place has awesome pasta. Basically, you get to pick your preferred type of pasta from several types and your preferred sauce also. Gnocchi is one option for choice of pasta. I have had bad luck many times when I have ordered gnocchi in a restaurant that was not located in Italy. This restaurant did NOT disappoint - their gnocchi was soft and its texture was perfect. It was just absolutely awesome. I got my gnocchi with bolognese sauce, which was just as amazing as the pasta was.

They have a bunch of other stuff on the menu, but the pasta is where it is at. If you like pasta, you will love the Itallian Homemade Company.

My Aunt got the Fettuccine pasta with a Parmasano sauce (white) she ate some before I took the picture. Good serving size. You can have any combination you want they also have sandwiches and salads

it's the 2nd best restaurant lasagna I've ever bought in my lifetime. HUGE portion!
Very good flavor, the bolognese&bechamel sauce are very complimentary to each other. Staff is friendly.

What a disappointment. We ordered a Special Piadina which was supposed to have bresaola, grana padano and arugula. There were two VERY thin slices of bresaola and literally a sprinkle of powdered grana padano. There was no cheese, there was a light powder! The dough of the piadina was not good. The tagliatelle was fine, the butter and sage sauce was very subpar, very much lacking any browning of the butter. What a waste of a dinner.

What a gem! Gorgeous fresh pastas and sauces all made in an open kitchen. Gelato as well, and sandwiches. Ricotta and basil and tomatoes, oh my. Meatballs steal the show even after all that. Vintage vibes in this tiny sit down joint. Not even that expensive, like everything else around here is. I will not forget about this place :) only bad things is there was no toilet paper (or holder) in the bathroom 😆

I had the pappardelle parmigiano and it was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and homemade. The prices are surprisingly good for such high-quality food. I’d definitely come back!

I usually don’t write reviews. But they made me wait over 50 mins for two plates of pasta until I went up to the counter. Then they said it’ll be out in 10; when those 10 mins were up they then offered free affogato to appease our inconvenience. The cashiers and staff play favorites and will not provide food on time.

Don’t dine in here. You will just watch them fill orders of literally 30+ meals for delivery service while you sit there starving. So so bad.
