We ordered the carnitas salad, and a couple drinks at the bar. I usually expect airport food not to be that great, but we were so blown away and happy with the generous portion of guacamole, Pico de gallo, and carnitas! It felt so good to eat something hearty yet light before our plane ride! The bartender was awesome and our drinks were yummy & spirit forward! There wasn't too much seating, but it was manageable!

I didn’t get the food, but the drinks were made well. Bloody Mary and a Sierra Nevada hazy ipa. Nice server had an easy going conversation. Quiet place to just hang for a bit. Cheaper drink prices than other spots in airport

I would give more stars but the prices are ridiculous. It's pretty good food though and service is great. But 15$ for two tacos is crazy, especially in California. I had to dock stars for over charging. That being said I'll come back for sure if I'm hungry at sfo. I had the nachos with chicken. It was tasty.

Shocking "burrito bowl". Like really bad. Very bland, no sauces. $2.50 for sour cream and they didn't allow me to use the Tabasco sauce either, they just offered me more salsa which...isn't Tabasco flavored ? Take your money elsewhere. Not worth $19 by a long shot! Here's hoping a better business takes its place in SFO airport ?

If you're craving a burrito bowl, DON'T come here. Plenty of good alternatives in SFO. Burrito bowl was super dry. I wanted to swap out beans for sour cream but was told it would be a $2.50 upcharge despite not opting for beans. I was also refused when asked if I could add Tabasco sauce, which there was a bottle behind the counter. Instead they gave me a little more salsa, which isnt the same as Tabasco ? Poor experience and food was very disappointing. Not worth the $18.93 I spent for one burrito bowl.

I ordered online at around 9:50pm. According to the online order, my pick up time was around 10:08pm. When I got there to pick the food, right at 10pm, they told me that they were closed. I just asked them for a refund and the employee said she couldn't refund me, that I needed to either call customer service or request the refund from my credit card. Really? Why do I have to go through all this trouble for a service that I didn't receive? I had contacted the customer service number for the headquarters, and left a feedback as well on the link provided on the order's email and nobody has contact me. I need my refund!

Food was decent but the bartender is the rudest I ever met. Wouldn't let me eat my tacos at the bar, even though I was going to order a drink. Then a woman walked up to the bar, she wanted a drink and conversation. The bartender told her he didn't want to talk today, today would be all business. He needs to be unemployed.

One star is generous. This was honestly THE worst burrito I've ever had. If I hadn't taken it to go and was on an airplane by the time I ate it, I would have taken it back and demanded a refund. It had absolutely zero flavor. Carnitas should be very flavorful. It just tasted like nothing. Really not happy. It was very expensive in the first place, and then to be awful just makes me feel totally ripped off.
Got a take our Cesar salad before the flight, the salad was $20 (incl. 30% for fees and other charges) for a very small appetizer sized portion. The soy chorizo on the salad seemed stale which caused me an gastro problem immediately after having it. Not good overall.

This place is horrible! I sat down and was on the phone with a friend the manager was so rude and disrespectful. He told me to get up if I wasn't ordering anything at the bar. I explained that I was ordering after I finished my phone call and he continued to say you need order now or you need to get up. It was clear he didn't want a black person at the bar. Not once did he speak to me. A white man sat down and he kindly said "hi buddy what can I get for you this morning". I was so shocked! Wow guess I needed to be white for any respect. He had a very arrogant attitude and clearly was racist. I noticed another white person sit down and he was very kind to him. Run far from this place if you look like me- Black!

My chorizo burrito was way too salty and spicy. Occasional bits of rice that were too hard. Kind of torturous to eat :( all while paying airport prices! $16 for a burrito. Doesn't come with chips. Even my little chihuahua didn't want any of my burrito. This location gives a bad reputation to The Little Chihuahua which I usually love. My wife's burrito bowl wasn't too salty but still had bits of hard rice ?
