We stayed at the Ritz Carlton during our stay in San Francisco and were so excited to eat at the lounge. The service and atmosphere were impeccable but the food missed the mark. We ordered oysters, the farmers salad, and the burger, which were unfortunately unmemorable. The best part of the meal were the truffle fries.
This is the only dinner restaurant at Ritz and had 2 dinners here. First dinner i had soup with bread and the latter better than the former. Second dinner was the xmas set menu and the soup was similar, and the bread also not so good. Main of salmon also average. Dessert was ok
The service was not good unfortunately. I think our server had too many tables so we did not get the attention I expected. Also the food was just ok for the price we paid. My burger was nothing special. My husband's steak was delicious though. Hopefully they can improve.
