If you leave an item behind, such as an umbrella, it WILL be STOLEN and they will NOT call you back. When you go back in person, they will tell you, point blank, " someone must have taken it." If a place I want to regular can't have my back, I don't want to have theirs and will NEVER be back. Period.P.S. RUDE RUDE RUDE and hard edged STAFF..totally ghetto.
