Definitely my late night come to. Place is clean, staff are friendly and service is quick. I haven't tried their full menu, yet. But so far I've only had the Mac Daddy & it's really good, I really appreciate the pickle that comes with it, I'm a pickle head.

I had heard of this place from all my California friends and decided to give a try for dinner one night! I opted for to go through the app which was great because the restaurant had my order ready immediately when I got there I just got a classic burger with the garlic parm fries and overall this is a great and classic burger joint! Well priced especially with app where you get a freebie on your first order. Delicious burger and good portions. I kind of wish I had opted for regular fries as the garlic ones were a little overwhelming but overall great. I could see some awesome dine in service or as a quick option for lunch!

I eat the Melt almost everyday and it has the best fries shakes and burgers around and the staff make you feel like family I highly recommend it if you have never tried it!!! Love ur number #1 client

The food (specifically the cheese) DOES melt, very accurate to its name. The ingredients are so unique and delicious. The atmosphere is very nice, the staff were friendly and there was nice music playing at a good volume.

It wasn't bad. The first experience I had here was horrible, but I recently stopped in again out of desperation and because I had my hungry daughter with me.So, now they offer regular condiments and stuff for the burgers, not just a weird minced up mixture of pickles and stuff. I appreciate that. I feel like a burger is supposed to have lettuce tomatoe onions and pickles on it, regardless of where it's coming from. That's just the standard across the country. So, good on you for being reasonable ?Also, it was around 5ish and when we came in the restaurant was empty, but it quickly filled up. However I didn't feel pressure to leave or hurry up. They treated everybody equally and with kindness.And my daughter kept going back and forth to the employee who was working because she kept forgetting random stuff, ketchup, the soda cup, etc.. anyways, the employee was very patient and kind with my daughter despite having a large line forming because of it being the dinner rush.Overall, I'm happy to say that they've definitely changed my mind about the business so far. And if they maintain good food, great customer service, and put a little more money into adverts, I could see this company scaling over the next 10 years.Keep up the good work and thank you for the beautiful meal.Kid-friendliness: Kids suck, they're indecisive, messy, and often times aren't equipped with dining etiquette. However, if we don't bring our children out, how will they learn these skills..?That's where the customer service skill set comes into play. And these guys played the game like a professional ? they were very kind, patient, and helpful with my daughter. Thank you.

The place could definitely be just a bit cleaner. Amazing food! had a fun atmosphere. The service is great.
Good place to enjoy some basic comfort food. The only thing I disliked was the lack of a ketchup stand.

This place is actually pretty good. The food is pretty high quality and tasty. Service is the automated kiosks that take your order but it comes out pretty fast. Ambiance was pretty quiet when I got there. They have large windows so you can see people walking in the street. On the flip side, they can also see you chowing down on your meal overall a pretty good place to come if you're in the financial district and don't want to spend too much money.
