Nice ice cream shop in the Fisherman's Wharf area, located in a complex with other bars and shops. Two of us got the new ice cream cup, which was the smallest of all. It was still huge and we split it.I can't give a 5 because I'm used to Italian ice cream, but I admit that it was creamy and the cream was also compact. A little sweet for my taste.

Awfully service the manager Betty was not nice at all we were having our drinks and pizza and she came and said people stand up we have to take the bench away because I have to send people home early ? it was 7:00pm and I told her why we have to moved ? she was very rude not coming back again staff was very friendly and everyone was very nice ?

What's not to love about a place dedicated to chocolate? The location is very picturesque too. The only thing that would have made things better would be free samples hahaParking: There is a Ghirardelli garage in the heart of it all. You can get your parking reduced if you spend $25 or more at Ghirardelli (trust me, it's easy to do!) or you can reserve a spot ahead of time through SpotHero (which I highly recommend as it makes the process super smooth).

Don't buy chocolate here!!! it's way more expensive than any other reseller, even Walgreens is 20%-30% cheaper. And there is no "Experience", it's just a Chocolate Shop, Ice Cream and some good restaurants, but there's nothing close to an experience
You can find best offers of Girardelli at Walgreens! That’s ridiculous!!! We bought an offer of 4 for 15 bucks in the Girardelli’s store, but the same chocolate was buy 2 get 1 free for 8 bucks at Walgreens the same day! Actually, several references of Girardelli in Walgreens were cheaper than in the brand store. How could it be?
