Fabulous experience! From the building to the ambience and design, The Palm Court at RH in SF is wonderful. The food is great as well as the service. A must see if you are in this area of the city.
I was disappointed to have someone seated directly next to me with a dog. I prefer to be seated away from animals. The restaurant was not full.
It's always a nice touch after shopping at the store to go to lunch also. Been here numerous time and each time it's nice. The food is fine the price high but with such great service we found the it's well worth the price. It's a nice ending to a day of shopping and sitting down to enjoy family.
Excellent across the board. The lobster bites were buttery and phenomenal. The avocado with the crème fraîche was smooth had just the right of tonicity and smokiness with the grilling of the avocado. Everything was so delicious.
Outstanding service, one of the best that I’ve ever had. Being one of my first times in San Francisco, my girlfriend and I arrived to the restaurant late, unknowingly I was supposed to have a reservation after 8:00 pm. The waiters and staff took extra care of us, accommodating our time, and letting us look around the different floors. Entering the building this kind gentlemen named Miles toured us around the building and seated us at our table. Then being greeted by a nice Lady named Mimi, the staff insisted that we take our time, allowed for lots of great photos, and Miles even complemented us with a nice desert. Again, great service. Would love to go visit again soon. And an extra big thank you to Miles.

Beautiful restaurant in the RH. Food and service was top notch. The French omelette and sausage was very good. Worth checking out as you can browse the RH with drink in hand as well.

I’m down south now and it’s my favorite place to meet someone from the east bay or SF for lunch in SF. Easy parking, great service, great food. Right by the best butcher in the city. Worth it.

My family and I came to this restaurant to celebrate a sad event in our lives. And you know, the atmosphere is both sublime, pleasant, and a little antique, conducive to reflection (the statues and the noise of the fountain contribute). If it were not for such a sad moment in my life, I would come back here again. The service is excellent, the waiters are tactful and beautiful, the manager of the hall instantly changed the salad of the lady at the next table at her request, and having caught my sad look, a couple of minutes later came to our table and poured soda into our glasses - that is, everything is kept under control in the hall. Very precise work of the staff. The dishes are served quickly, elegantly. Very tasty avocado with caviar, sandwiches with lobsters. very tender and airy everything. Black caviar of excellent quality. The wine list is excellent. But there is no French vodka, which I needed in small quantities in accordance with my state of mind at that moment - here wine as an elegant drink did not suit me. If you want a fairy tale, romance, peace - this is the place for you, to this beautiful and pompous restaurant.

Go to be seen in a beautiful place, but be careful that the sweatpant / oversized t-shirted patrons don't get in your selfies. Don't go for the uninspired menu and fair to poorly prepared food. DON'T get the rotisserie chicken, just poor some salt down your throat.

Outstanding Experience
We went in to dine for dinner and had an excellent time experience all around. The restaurant is beautiful and well kept, and the hospitality was second to none. Chef Dominic ensured all food was to our liking, and stopped by throughout the evening. Giovanni was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about all menu items. He even chatted with me in Italian on my way out. I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience . Thank you Dom and Giovanni!

We had a fantastic time at brunch! Our server, Sukanda, was upbeat, attentive, & checked on us frequently. She also made some great suggestions that enhanced our experience. Overall, we all had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back

The French Omelet on the brunch menu is excellent. Split the black Forest bacon and you have a great meal.
