We had an exceptional lunch experience at this absolute gem of a restaurant. From the zucchini cakes to the hummus to the grilled octopus to the dolmathes to the Souvlaki sandwiches, everything we ordered was downright delicious! Flavors were distinctive and so flavorful. Although we sampled multiple dishes, they were all prepared in a way that it felt like a light meal. The server was friendly, timely, and helpful. The manager was attentive and checked in on us as well. The atmosphere...
My biggest gripe is that during the middle of our meal another person on the waitstaff that wasn't our server asked us to move tables to attempt to accommodate a party of five. That was so disrespectful
Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here. The musaka, unfortunately, was not heated properly leaving portions of the bachemal undercooked and some of the eggplant and ground meat cold. This should not happen. Otherwise, the food was delicious. We enjoyed the salad with beets, the poached pear dessert was nice, and our server did her best under the circumstances. We will return.
