I think this was just due to the valentines rush but the service could be better. We waiting almost 40 min before our server came by. The appetizers were cold, the dinner was paired with bubbles but I suppose that included just one glass. There was construction right outside the entrance. So very hard to talk. They were out of desserts and we had to share one despite of prepaying for 2 meals. Overall not a repeat.
The best part of Valentine's Day Dinner was the Lamb Ravioli. I will tell everyone about it, the flavors came together like the most amazing night of love to my mouth next to.... Thank you
Beautiful room with great artwork and decor. The service was attentive and the food and drinks outstanding.
I learned about the restaurants from Monica, one of the Operation Mangers. Since I was visiting San Francisco, this restaurant was a perfect suggestion. I dined alone and was well cared for by Soukaina; amazing server. A couple days later I realized I needed an itemized receipt and again it was meant what professionalism and kindness this time by the restaurant manager, Vinny.

Splendid! The food, ambience AND service was impeccable. A perfect choice to end a fabulous vacation.
Great ambience, beautiful steak, but some misses - potato in caviar bites was a bit cold and greasy
Nice spot to enjoy dinner before going over to the American conservatory theater. The wait staff and team were very attentive and friendly. The food was on point. The atmosphere is more a bar/lounge than a restaurant, which it's just good to know. Set appropriate expectations.

Great vibe... the decor reminds me of European establishment with artwork on the walls. The service was outstanding, attentive but not intrusive.
Wonderful pre-theatre option. And we could hear each other to talk! Limited, but nice menu.
Wonderful birthday dinner spent here while staying at the hotel. It was truly delicious, we had the oysters, ahi, goat cheese app, fries, branzino and my son had pasta, the dinner rolls were fab too. Beautiful elegant vintage ambience with wonderful service as well.

Just terrible service. Went on a Friday night and the waiter was actively avoiding us all night then had the nerve to do a 15% tip.
We had a group gathering over a afternoon tea and the Service Lance coordinated was wonderful. The atmosphere was lovely but not gooey and holiday loaded. We thought the service for tea was spot on and our guests enjoyed both full sweet and savory stacked trays as well as gluten free. The tea smelling was a nice touch along with boundless hot water...and for our selection bubbles.
Well done Post room! Bravo!!.

Food was delicious and service amazing. Everyone was helpful and table by the fire was perfect. We will return.
The building and ambiance was great but service and food was quite disappointing for the prices! The staff forgot a shared appetizer and my entree of cauliflower gratin was just too rich in rous without enough flavor.

It was my first time going there and I really enjoyed it. The food was great. I came for a business dinner and the noise level was perfect to have a great conversation. Ended up spending 4 hours there. I will definitely come back.
