The Ramp Restaurant Reviews
food was mediocre and service super slow but we enjoyed the views… but then we found out that my friend parked in the wrong spot and one of the employees blocked him in. even though we explained the manager that we were out of towners with a child on our way to site seeing the manager refused to allow his employee to take a minute to let us out and blocked our vehicle for several hours. The Ramp Restaurant is a great spot to enjoy brunch with a beautiful ocean view. The location offers fresh air and a lovely setting, making it a wonderful place to relax. Many reviews highlight the amazing seafood, with recommendations for the fish and chips and crab sandwich. The outdoor dining area is popular, especially when the weather is warm, providing a great vibe in a somewhat hidden spot by the waterfront. While the portions may be a bit small for the price, options like the Poke salad and guacamole are enjoyable, although some may find them too small. The food is amazing, featuring delicious options like fish and chips, lobster mac and cheese, and vegetarian dishes such as the vegetarian burger and Alfredo. The service is excellent, with kind staff who are accommodating, even for late arrivals. While the truffle fries could use a stronger flavor and the chairs at the tables are low, the overall experience is enjoyable. Parking is easier to find on the street, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible, making it a solid local brunch spot. It is noted that the atmosphere leans more towards adults, and while service can be slow on busy days, the staff does not rush customers, allowing for a leisurely dining experience.
