Great service & atmosphere - we were a large group that included a wide age range, and all were happy
Absolutely excellent service and delicious food. We had a wonderful dinner. Accommodating for the vegan in the family and the omnivores. Generous portions. Yummy flavors. Very personal service. We will return!
Comfortable ambience with a fun and enthusiastic staff. The various dishes range from good to very good and the wine list has a lot of interesting selections. In short, a great place for a casual, tasty meal with friends.
I've been here a couple of times so I was excited to go back and being a friend that's new to the city. We got the burrata which was just okay, didn't wow me like other times. Now their fried olives are a 10/10 we absolutely loved them! My friend ordered the oxtail pasta and it was very good, she was super happy with it. I usually get their ravioli sighs but this time I tried something new, their frutti di mare pasta. At first it was extremely salty and I appreciate the server taking it back and getting me a new one. The second time around was good but it didn't wow me. Next time I'd stick to the ravioli which is beyond delicious.
Wonderful experience. Charming restaurant with excellent service. My server, Hannah, was welcoming and attentive. I had the steak tartare and the pappardelle with oxtail ragu: exquisitely delicious! Definitely recommend this place.
This was our first time at Rustic and we all loved it! The space was beautiful. We tried a few appetizers, main courses and desserts and everything was very tasty. The portions were generous. We will definitely come back and also tell our friends about this neighborhood gem.
Charming atmosphere and staff, delicious food and convenient location. Looking forward to going back.
Our experience at The Rustic was amazing. We ordered the mussels, the mushroom ravioli, and shared an Italian sausage pizza. Everything was delicious! The service was excellent. Our waiter checked on us appropriately, and split one of the dishes to make it easier to share. The ambiance was wonderful and the inside of the restaurant was nice and clean. We will definitely be back.
This was a surprise bday dinner for a good friend. Both server & hostess were gracious when the bday girl was a bit late. Loved the refreshing drink menu! We shared a bunch of appetizers to start and we are all still talking about the delicious coleslaw. Pesto (for one of the dinner specials) was super salty, squash in the risotto was raw(?) - these 2 dishes were disappointing. The other pasta dishes we shared had great flavor.
I knew the pizza was great. Was a little surprised to discover how good the fried chicken was. The sausage and broccolini pasta is always tasty too.

For the ravioli and pesto, the pasta was hard and undercooked… in addition to the small portion (this is half of a portion), it wasn’t worth it for the price :/
The truffle steak tartar was not what we expected, but it was good. Not my favorite thing (and a bit over priced for a cracker spread).
Overall, this place is overpriced for the quality of food. The decor inside is cute though!
