Had a great time at the bar with friends. The environment for a 49ers game was amazing. Only thing that sucked was the guy who came in with literally his ass hanging out being a dickhead to us. Like bro pull your pants up while you’re in the bar that is so unsanitary.

I was just in your bar to experience a 49ers game with my girlfriend visiting from the UK. And you have 2 barmaids working, and one in particular (asian descent), considering SF is such a diverse and well travelled destination for people world wide you’d think your staff wouldn’t ‘mock’ the British accent. She was rude and obnoxious and shouldn’t be working in hospitality. She made me feel like an idiot in front of customers when all I was trying to do was order food/drink. Your bar was busy, loud (like most bars) yet for some reason she had a problem with me leaning in to order a drink/food. If this was the case maybe you shouldn’t seat people at your bar.

The food was amazing and the service was great. Whoever complained about the bartender with the "greasy man bun" was straight trippin because man bun bartender man was AH-MAZING and so friendly.

So as soon as we walked in we were met with a really nasty attitude from the greasy guy with the man bun. He rudely demanded our IDs, threw them back at us and then walked off without serving us. I then went to a guy with blonde hair who was great but the guy with the man bun needs to sort his attitude out, this man shouldn’t work in a customer facing role if this is how he is with people. He was also rude to other customers for no reason. Customers kept going to his colleague instead of him because of his arrogant aggressive attitude.
This isn’t a reflection of the bar itself as it was great but he really annoyed us all, I have seen that there are other reviews from several months ago referring to the same guy yet he is still customer facing.
A guy was filming all customers without their consent and when I asked him if he can delete the video he made of me, he said in California he doesn’t need a consent from public when capturing them in photos or videos.I talked to the bartender very politely but he immediately told me that the dude is their social media manager and if I don’t want to be on their media, I can leave the bar!!!Owner & staff, if you have so many customers that you don’t care about me and our party of 5 people leaving the bar, why do you need advertising on social media? But if you have to level up your game to attract more customers, start with treating them with empathy and respect!Thank you!
