We had a terrible experience here due to an extremely aggressive and unprofessional bouncer. Our group of 8 was visiting SF for a birthday and as we arrived, the doorman immediately started cussing us out as he took our IDs and ushered us in, even though all of us were polite and respectful start to finish. Once inside we all debated leaving due to how unprofessional that was, and then this guy came and found us INSIDE the establishment and harassed us an angry tirade filled with threats. When we decided to leave without engaging but he followed us outside and kept yelling physical threats as we walked away. I doubt the owner would be okay knowing this one staff member drove away eight potential customers who were excited to spend the night here. Hire someone capable of handling the door with basic decency.

Visitors should be aware that this is more of. A pub than a restaurant (we originally came for food then realised that this isn’t really the best place for this). They were kind to make us mocktails, but we were disappointed that we got charged the same price ($8 each) even without the alcohol. Not many tables to sit so not great for couples or families.

Two of us went here for some non-alcoholic mocktails and unfortunately there were none. However, the bartender very kindly offered to make some instead, which is very nice. The price for two small non-alcoholic mocktails were like $8 each, which we found a bit expensive. The atmosphere is quite electric 👍 Thank you.

Don't start a tab because it will take a week or more for money to be returned to your account. I bought a beer for $9. It cost me $25. NEVER going back there again.

Had a great time at the bar with friends. The environment for a 49ers game was amazing. Only thing that sucked was the guy who came in with literally his ass hanging out being a dickhead to us. Like bro pull your pants up while you’re in the bar that is so unsanitary.

I was just in your bar to experience a 49ers game with my girlfriend visiting from the UK. And you have 2 barmaids working, and one in particular (asian descent), considering SF is such a diverse and well travelled destination for people world wide you’d think your staff wouldn’t ‘mock’ the British accent. She was rude and obnoxious and shouldn’t be working in hospitality. She made me feel like an idiot in front of customers when all I was trying to do was order food/drink. Your bar was busy, loud (like most bars) yet for some reason she had a problem with me leaning in to order a drink/food. If this was the case maybe you shouldn’t seat people at your bar.
Really nice!! Great drinks, super sweet bartenders and excellent food! It’s bar food but at a completely different level!! On point!! Loved it.
