It’s a cute place to shop for gift and to make your home smell wonderful with scented candles. The service was excellent, the boba tea was just right. They have several types of teas, I asked the young man to surprise me with a classic tea. He knew was he was doing! Highly recommend this place for a quiet time away from the crowded places.

The person working there was fine, but the coffee I got was worse than the powder you get at a shady auto mechanic, and it cost $7 and 10 minutes to scrape the rubber skidmarks off the floor and mix it with a ton of sugar and put it in a tiny cup.I'm giving 2 stars because it is strategically located near a restroom.

Two words to describe my experience at The Spice And Tea Exchange. Simply Marvelous! Lauren helped me navigate through the many options to choose from. She was awesome. When I asked her for suggestions, she was smart and ask what are my likes first. From that information, she gave wonderful suggestions. I loved that everything was well organized and passing all the wonderful aromas of the teas was such a delightful experience. I also purchased a candle called the San Francisco Sunshine. It smelled wonderful. Whenever I'm in San Francisco again. I'm definitely stopping by there:)

delicious tea! i had a blueberry black tea, a personal favorite of mine, and it was very good. i loved the selection of teas, spices, and appliances, and the cashier was super nice and helpful! very cute place to stop on the pier!

We visited last week and Blair was amazing. We loved all the tea (black blueberry tea, mango tango and ginger apricot) and sugar (hibiscus, lemon lavender and rose) we bought and the candles were just as impressive. We bought San Francisco Sunrise which was my favorite candle but it was hard to leave with just one as there were others I wanted to buy! Next time, for sure! It’s really hard saying no in there! Wonderful atmosphere.

On our first day exploring, my 14 year old son enjoyed this place the best. He really liked his iced blood orange tea with some honey. I shared my peach oolong with lemonade also iced with my husband and he enjoyed it as well. It's upstairs and a nice place to get a cup of tea and sit for a bit. Friendly staff.
