This food is terrible. This pizza is more like a flatbread made on those conveyer belts that are used to toast a bagel. The real winners are the Japanese people next to us that brought sushi with them.

I can’t believe we feed this pablum to tourists. It soils the reputation of this fine town. I’m writing the mayor! Disgrace.

The on tap margarita with the tajin rim is pretty tasty. Justifies the single star I’m giving it.

Customer service is abysmal. Stank face employees with bad attitudes who clearly hate their lives and their jobs.

Food is great. It’s reasonably priced for being in a zoo.

Absolutely do NOT get the pizza here, me and my friend ordered the margarita pizza and a water. It turned out to be 22 dollars, which I'm not mad about although the tomatoes on the pizza looked like they could have already been digested. The crust was crunchy and genuinely made my head hurt. The service was nice I suppose. The food was not worth the money.

The two ladies with darker skin (one chubbier one skinner) said something really offensive about Asians and deliberately skipped heating up my sandwich. The manager should really take a look into this issue.

Just visited this place on Sunday (Mothers day 2023). Food was good but the service could've been better. There were two employees that obviously didn't want to be there. A female working the register didn't even stand up to ring us up. She was leaning down on the counter the whole time. She didn't even smile and didn't even say "you're welcome" whenever we said thank you. She didn't even speak or asked us if we wanted anything else. The second employee (another female) working the oven didn't even want to serve people there food that were patiently waiting at the window when everyone can obviously see that their food was ready to go. Whenever someone would ask her something, she would just look with discuss in her eyes. She had waaaaaaay too much attitude in her body language. Not sure why these two employees decided to work that day. They should've stayed home and left their negative attitudes there. It would've been a nice experience but those two girls made it a horrible one.

We bought Pizza's and soda and ate outside in the nice weather. Nice place to eat at the Zoo.
