I was wildly disappointed in this dining experience. The staff and restaurant are nice and welcoming, however, the food was a major let down. They use whole wheat tortillas for their burritos, which I wasn't expecting and found gross. Carne asada is sweet. Guacamole is bland. Chips are either stale or over-fried... but hurt my teeth. And I found both their salsas to be bitter. My heart breaks that I spent $40 for the literal worst meal I ate in San Francisco.

Wasn’t a big fan of their signature Nick tacos — weird double shell with outer one being crunchy but kind of hard and inedible; the taco itself is way too big, the beef was rough and not very flavorful and the pork needed more fat. Pico de gallo also tasted very mid. Overall, pretty disappointing although my friend’s California burrito bowl tasted much better (great fries).
