I have never tried a coffee this tasteless. Macha was the worst in SF. The only reason this place still survives is that it is next to cable car and people buy coffee while waiting in line.

Ordered the chicken sando, watermelon/strawberry slush, and creme brulee. A little overpriced but overall pretty good, especially the watermelon/strawberry slush. The food arrived very quickly. Also, service was exceptional. The staff member at the register, Jorge, was very helpful and went beyond expectations to help me resolve issues with a food voucher. He was very helpful and very accomodating.
We ordered coffee and croissants at the table in the restaurant. Ordering and payment (including a very high tip) was done via barcode at the table :-( We received two very bad coffees in a paper cup and the Crossiants in a bag. Very bad service

Limited menu, but the vanilla latte was the highlight of my morning everyday! It was the perfect drinking temperature right away and I thought the price was reasonable at $5.75. Very convenient for anyone staying at the Axiom Hotel.
