One great cocktail, one not as much. Can't remember the name but collins glass was very refreshing while the smaller one (smoked mezcal) was very smoky to the point where it was harsh. Went there around midnight, it was pretty damn hot in the bar.
The Third Rail is one of those Dogpatch gems that's consistent, essentialist, and a solid choice for a tasty libation with... jerky! It's an inconventional pairing that works.

Interesting concept of a rail, which includes a beer, a shot of alcohol, and a jerky. If that doesn’t interest you, they’ve got a whole menu of other things to try from. Great spot for drinks right in the middle of Dogpatch!
