Fire banh mi, what my companion describes as “the best pho I’ve had,” and great roll.
Tried their vermicelli bowl with grilled beef and I thought the flavours and textures were amazing. It came with a generous serving of well seasoned and nicely chargrilled beef. The cold noodles, crisp vegetables and savoury beef were a perfect combination. It was perfect for a light meal.
