You can't argue with that—lots of meat, high quality, clean, and respectful. It's a shame they don't have a duck sandwich like at 520 Gough St,, which is delicious. I highly recommend it.

I am amazed there are not more reviews. This place is fantastic and consistently has long lunch lines. I usually have the Bun Thit Nuong (Pork Shoulder Noodle Bowl). The service is friendly and they do their best to keep things moving despite the lines. It is worth the wait. Very delicious, fresh and consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

I had the grilled pork banh mi, and it was massive! The flavours were on point, and I liked that there was radish, carrots, and cucumber all on it. It gets quite busy at lunch, but I'd definitely return for another one!

Good fresh ingredients along w portion size justifying the price. Ordered the lemongrass pork vermicelli and couldn’t be more pleased. Ate around the corner at the corporate building which has a few tables and chairs. Definitely recommend but note that just 45 mins before closing they were already out of banh mi’s and other plates.

Incredibly kind service. It is a bit of a wait but that's to be expected with a place as popular as this. Take away only. Sandwich wasn't very well constructed, it would be nice if they did a paper wrap around it to hold it together. It was pretty good though!

This was the most unexpected amazing meal. Went with a large group so got to taste so many apps and main dishes. Everthing was delish. Staff extraordinarily congenial. Flavors very authentic!

I've been a loyal customer for the past two years. I cater Tin's to our office once a month because it's simply everyone's favorite. The best Vietnamese food I've had in the Bay Area. Hands down to Hung for having the best staff and amazing food with tons of flavor. You can't go wrong with the Bun Noodle bowls; the flavor in every bite is simply amazing. I also recommend the Banh Mi; the size and flavor make it unique.

This is possibly some of the best food I have ever eaten in San Francisco County. I'm not from the bay area originally and I told myself I would try some Vietnamese food here as everyone in SFO boasts it. In Dallas where I came from, the Thai/Vietnamese food was all the same texture and flavor unbiased.. The Banh Mi sandwiches in Dallas were adequate to say the best, but Tìn nailed it. Holy cow, it was HUGEEEE and also easy to devour at the same time. I have to give it to them hands down. I ordered the lemongrass pork banh mi and the line is long but it goes by very quickly.
It's a family-owned hole in the wall joint in two locations, and the food was cooked very well and tender. I wish I could have taken a picture, but I ate it so fast and the portions were generous. I haven't had anything Vietnamese that wholesome in possibly 2 years.
I encourage all travelers to stop here on Kearny St if you are in the Bay Area. Flood the doors.

Stanley is the best!
One of the best bahn mis (had the grilled pork) I’ve had!! Bit of a wait (20 min) on a Thursday lunch, so likely would have to come earlier than 12:30 to grab a quick bite and enjoy it in the nearby park. No seating on site!
Decided to try Tin on a whim and was not displeased. One of the best Banh-mi in town with very generous portions of meat. Grilled Pork did the trick, charred, flavorful, I definitely recommend.
It’s pricey ~$15 for a Banh-mi but totally worth it. Expect to wait ~5-8 minutes if you come during lunch time!
