Honestly the best boba spot in the city. It’s a nice little boba shop in the neighborhood and near the beach. Their boba actually tastes fresh and drinks are so good. The mango one tastes amazing and for the taro one they have actual taro with it! Great kind people/service and comfy environment. Support your local boba spot!

Love their fresh taro milk tea with boba and pudding. I love taro milk tea but the powdered stuff grosses me out, and it's hard to find a place that does such a solid and delicious fresh taro. The toppings are high quality and I like the boba consistency. I always order 0% sugar because too much sweet overwhelms the taste and flavor for me, and find that along with taro's natural sweetness, adding boba and pudding makes it perfectly sweet without being overly sweet. Haven't been here for a while, but always like to stop when I am visiting Ocean Beach.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that the quality of the signature milk tea didnt quite match the expensive $6.50 price for what seems to be a 20oz cup in one size The drink didn't taste sweet enough and most of the tea part fell very flat, the milk was also too pronounced... I do like how easy it is to order and the fact that there are some sales such as buy one get one free! They even have nice decorations inside the cafe.

great boba in a cute area by the beach! we got the brown sugar milk tea and the hojicha milk tea and they were both incredible! the hojicha milk tea is worth the wait and the area is perfect to check out the local shops while waiting!

One of my favorite Boba shops in the Sunset district. All their drinks are flavorful without being too sweet. Their boba is always spot on in terms of texture and the most important thing about TJ is their consistency quality.

I’ve ordered here a few times now and it’s always ready we’ll before the estimate! I’m within walking distance so that’s really convenient for me; just order and start walking since it’s ready so quickly :)The recommended sweetness is the right move. 75% sounds like it will be sickly sweet but so far it’s been the perfect amount.Matcha is earthy but not bitter & mango is sweet and fruity :)
