We had dinner here on a Sunday just before they closed. It was pretty quiet with just a couple other tables occupied.

We enjoyed the food. The sashimi was fresh, and the sesame chicken was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Idk what other reviews are talking about, my sushi were meh, borderline terrible. Not fresh at all. And the waitress was quite unfriendly so, here’s the 3 stars to balance it out and warn any sushi-seekers that this is probably not what you’re looking for. Definitely had much better experience for the same money in other places

The sesame chicken is outstanding and the dinner special is unbelievably cheap. Also loved the Walnut Creek roll and Amigos roll.

Japanese restaurant ran by a Chinese family. I enjoyed the sesame chicken bento. The amount of food was plentiful. The waitress was a bit difficult to understand but very friendly, and eager to serve.

Food and lunch specials are great but the new waitress needs some training. I don’t know if she was prejudice or what but the service she gave me compared to others was very below standards. She didn’t welcome me at the door, sat me at a wet table, took my order from across the room, placed my food on the far end of the table so o had to reach to get it. I knocked over my water doing this, and she acted annoyed. Never offered more water. Didn’t offer a receipt after I paid for my meal. So that when I requested one she threw it on the table and rushed away. No thank you. Nothing. As long as she is a waitress here, I’m not eating here again.

My journey to this restaurant began with the Year of the Rabbit on Parade, where I followed the yellow rabbit inside Lucky Supermarket and ended up at this cozy eatery.

Upon arriving, I was immediately struck by the unassuming decor, but that didn't stop me from being excited about trying their food. And I am so glad I did! The sushi rolls were fresh and bursting with flavor, and the tempura was crispy and perfectly seasoned. But what really stood out to me was the generous servings of plum wine. The wine was not only tasty, but also served in full glasses, making it a great value for the price.

The atmosphere at Yuyu Sushi was cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect spot for a casual dinner with friends or a date night. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience.

Overall, I highly recommend Yuyu Sushi for anyone looking for delicious Japanese cuisine without breaking the bank. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is cozy, and the value is unbeatable. I will definitely be returning to this hidden gem in the future.

Long wait for dissapointment. Sushi roll missing avocado and barely any mango, couldn't finish it? Clam soup ok. Would've ordered something else but no time. Back to work hungry.
