Service is excellent, food is stellar, and IMO the best choice for late night food in the Suset. wish their food was a little more spicy, but that's a minor complaint onsidering the fact that they're open till 2AM. the tofu soup is awesome!

This place is very quaint and intimate. Loved the atmosphere! We had the rose tteokbokki, spicy pork and the seafood and kimchi pancake. Everything was well prepared although I do wish everything was spicier.

HOLY COW I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH!!! I have horrible spice tolerance so the spicyness destroyed me but it tasted amazing. The staff is very detailed. They would know what we wanted before we even asked. I love the service. Met this very nice staff called Alan. He made our experience very nice and joyful. It was loud and welcoming. The price very good. I’m definitely coming back.

If you are a person of color avoid this restaurant as it is a racist establishment! Me and my GF were treated like garbage. First it took them 30 mins to serve us food, they prioritized doordash orders over ours and I understand there is a waiting line but we hadn't even finished our dinner, they just shoved the bill in our face and asked us to leave. Now just this we observed they serviced other fair skinned people with respect and patience. Food was great, but sorry never coming back here.

If you don't want to wait, be there when it opens. Overall the food is kinda mid, but the spicy pork was a highlight. Service is a 3 but closer to a 4 than a 2. Atmosphere is a 4, but closer to a 3 than a 5.

Amazing place - I can’t think of another place where you only need to spend $15 per person and be so satisfied. Have the stew and you won’t regret it. Everything else is good too but the screw will have to be the center piece. 100% recommended! Ps, the place is packed, come early or super late, or you’ll have to wait for 1 hr or so.

Toyose has a variety of food, huge plus it is open late night. The kimchi soup had good flavor but needed a kick in my opinion. The kimchi pancake was an appetizer and the star of the menu. The place gets really busy and our corn cheese came last when we were hoping it to arrive at the beginning. Overall a good experience.
Very good value! Cute spot with village-like internal decor and lots of tasty options. The portions are very generous at a great price, which is a large part of the appeal. We especially enjoyed the rose ddukboki, a very creamy and rich dish that's distinct from any other ddukboki we've had before.
