Came in around 20 minutes before closing, I can understand staff wants to end the night quickly but the lady who took my order was so incredibly rude to me and my friends. I knew what I wanted, but wasn’t sure how to word It properly. She made me feel so stupid and she was really condescending. I ended up changing what I wanted because I felt so embarrassed. I asked for a black honey milk tea boba and she responded in the rudest way “don’t you mean honey black milk tea”. She made weird faces at me while I finished ordering and it’s experiences like this that don’t make me want to come back.

mps! It's so nostalgic to me and the boba is one of the best imo! The boba is cooked so perfectly with the right amount of chewiness and it's coated thoroughly with the right amount of sweetness. I do find their drinks to be a bit at times, but the employees are so kind and friendly and always willing to remake drinks and offer suggestions if you don't like it, despite them being tremendously busy at times! Another thing I love about tpumps is their price!!! It's so so affordable and makes me less guilty to spend money on boba. Even after all these years they continue to promote tpumps tues with a free cup upsize on tues. I really appreciate that they didn't change the interior much after all these years, and allow customers to leave mssgs or little notes on their walls. It makes the place so comfy and nostalgic. Tpumps employees are always so friendly and they seem very fun as well! Since it's located on irving, parking can be kinda tough sometimes, but tpumps is my go to sweet treat!

i have to give them a 5 considering i go almost every single day and they are literally so locked in every time. my order is ready in like less than 5 mins every time, even on tpumps tuesday. they run this place like a ship and i applaud them every time.

This Tpumps is like most other Tpumps I've been to on the Peninsula. Fast service, low prices, good value, flavorful boba, fine drink. This location is different from others because they have some places you can actually sit. It's bigger than the Burlingame or Foster City locations. My one wish is that this wasn't the only Tpumps in San Francisco. It's so far from downtown! That's not a complaint, though. Overall, 4/5.

I received very bad service. The staff acted like they didn't want to talk to us like we were foreigners. We order 100% sweet But what I got here was not sweet. And we paid a 50USD banknote, he didn't accept it.

I’ve been coming here for years and love their Tea but I wish they would spend a little extra to make their syrups a little higher quality maybe add a few more things to freshen up the shop but I love this place ❤️

These folk make an interesting drink which is somewhere between a smoothie and boba milk tea. I got a pomegranate black tea with boba and it was an interesting mixture of textures and tastes, but I was quickly into it. I’d definitely come back again. Their default milk is dairy-free.
Drinks were also relatively cheap, for SF prices. On Tuesdays, you can get a large for the price of a medium.
The store is a bit drab and dark. It takes minimalism a degree or two too far, but they sometimes have free tea samples!
