I received very bad service. The staff acted like they didn't want to talk to us like we were foreigners. We order 100% sweet But what I got here was not sweet. And we paid a 50USD banknote, he didn't accept it.
I’ve been coming here for years and love their Tea but I wish they would spend a little extra to make their syrups a little higher quality maybe add a few more things to freshen up the shop but I love this place ❤️

These folk make an interesting drink which is somewhere between a smoothie and boba milk tea. I got a pomegranate black tea with boba and it was an interesting mixture of textures and tastes, but I was quickly into it. I’d definitely come back again. Their default milk is dairy-free.
Drinks were also relatively cheap, for SF prices. On Tuesdays, you can get a large for the price of a medium.
The store is a bit drab and dark. It takes minimalism a degree or two too far, but they sometimes have free tea samples!

No space indoors to sit, very fast food type experience. Usually only come for T-pump Tuesdays. Store is very big on quantity instead of quality, but I don't mind.

When you visit San Francisco you got to try boba iced tea. This place if a local favorite. They have two sizes and I recommend no more than 3 flavors.

Very basic tea spot; nothing special about the quality of teas. No dairy free options last time we went

Fully customizable boba offers thousands of unique flavor combinations. You can pick your own 3 flavors, sweetness level, and add-ons. Definitely a great place to stop by for bubble tea.
