Great spot next to the restaurant. Perfect for any work meetings. You can use the $25 daily credit from the hotel here.

Breakfast and lunch were good. Coffee was good. Service was excellent!

My recent visit didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped. I waited a bit longer than expected for service, and my order wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. The team did their best to fix it, but I left feeling a little disappointed. Hopefully, next time will be better.

The Asian woman at the reception was so mean. No hospitality. The wait staff were very nice.

Overall experience was fair and the service was OK. Front of house was very welcoming, the atmosphere was pleasant enough; it's good to bring business guests here for light lunch and a coffee.

High quality food and true professional servers. They also treat locals like family.

Reserved a “table” for 8 for lunch. We were seated at a low couch with a few small side type tables. Food wasn't great either. Our server tried but was overwhelmed. Would not recommend for a client lunch.

Had a lovely brunch for my birthday here! Portions are plentiful and all the food we had (burger and chicken&waffle) were all delicious! Alvin our server was very friendly and professional :)

Love the waffle and chicken dressing, but would love ir more if it was just chicken breast, not drum sticks.

Although we made a dinner reservation for 7 p.m. we were a little concerned. The Trace link from W Hotel said it served only breakfast and lunch and closed at 11 a.m. Mon-Friday and 1 p.m. Sat/Sun. Trace website menu items were offered as Breakfast and Brunch. When we arrived, Trace was happily serving dinner and had our OpenTable reservation.

20250603: Trace is outstanding. I'm staying at the W, and this restaurant is part of it.
First night, salmon with muscles and clams over vegetables in pickled lemon juice and broth. For desert, I had a Basque cheese cake. The salmon was perfect, and the sauce was tasty and worth sopping up with bread. The cake was denser and less sweet than NYC style.
Second night, I had a Caesar salad with salmon, and it came with white anchovies - I didn't even have to ask.
Third night, I had the risotto with wild mushrooms and salmon - the mushrooms including morels, cremini, and others.
All meals were wonderfully done, and the wait-staff was helpful and attentive.

Amazing Sunday Brunch at Trace after celebrating a bday weekend with friends before everyone heading home on Sunday!! Ku and her team provide the BEST service. The food was delicious and attention to detail in every way. I had the over the top Avocado Toast and friends had Chiliquilles, Omlettes, Oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, etc. - all amazing, fresh and delicious! Thanks for an amazing Sunday Brunch Trace Team and shout out to the chef for a fun plate of bday treats to celebrate!!
