Amazing Sunday Brunch at Trace after celebrating a bday weekend with friends before everyone heading home on Sunday!! Ku and her team provide the BEST service. The food was delicious and attention to detail in every way. I had the over the top Avocado Toast and friends had Chiliquilles, Omlettes, Oatmeal, cinnamon rolls, etc. - all amazing, fresh and delicious! Thanks for an amazing Sunday Brunch Trace Team and shout out to the chef for a fun plate of bday treats to celebrate!!
Nice place. Food was very good but quite late for brunch. Served up to 2pm. Inside the W hotel so easy to find.
Alvin is the most amazing server. Such incredible professionalism and excellent customer service skills. A true asset to Trace and the W!
Awesome food ambiance and service. You can’t go wrong with a Bloody Mary and whatever brunch you desire.
While staying at the W hotel, I had $40 each day to spend at the property. I was able to enjoy a light fare and coffee at Trace. I got the twisted cinnamon roll, fruit bowl and a cup of coffee. I didn’t realize that if you’re staying at the W hotel, the coffee is waived until I got the check. I enjoyed everything that morning and the staffs were friendly and efficient. Would recommend if you’re nearby or staying at the W.

The service was terrific. The food was fresh and tasty. The ambience and decor was wonderful. We had a great time.
I came here because of the great Google ratings and was quite disappointed. The latte tasted like it was made from an airport machine and too watery.
I got the Tracy omelette ($26!). The toast was cold and stale, the omelette too cheesy and dry, and the potatoes were soggy. I would not come back as there are many other great brunch options in the city, especially for the price.
My server named Alvin was very attentive and helpful though. When I mentioned the latte was watery they made me another one with a double shot.

Staying at the W and came down for breakfast. The “bartender” was so busy with only 5 people on his bar top. Finally after 30 minutes, he lets me order. Forgets my coffee and he “cant” serve mimosas. 5 other people sat next to me and they were completed ignored so they left after 15 minutes. One more person just sat down and he has been ignored for the past 10 minutes despite no other guest ordering anything. The food is subpar and the coffee is so burnt. This place is such a joke for a business.

Excellent food and service! We hope to visit there again! Our server was a little slow at times but very apologetic. She had many tables but did a good job.
Avoid at all costs
Do not go during a conference
They charge a $35 seating fee per person if you don’t hit that spend with your party
Service is terrible and it’s noisy
Go somewhere else

Great boho place to eat. Was there on a Sunday evening, which was not an ideal time as the surrounding area was full of homeless people on the San Francisco streets. Saw some couples and young families dining as well. The vibe is very chill and informal. I was alone but did not get bored or feel awkward for a second. Overall nice experience.
Went for breakfast. Great service - funny, quick, great guy! Good food, too. Had the W Continental - fresh fruit, croissant and yoghurt with granola. Fresh, flaky, yummy. All in a club-like setting. 10/10 recommend!
