I asked the bartender to close my tab because we were only getting one punch bowl to share and he purposely kept it open.. when i verbally asked him to keep it closed. He took advantage of the fact that I was young and I assumed it was closed because i got my card back. Because he left it open without me knowing, he gave himself 20% gratuity without my consent. I feel super uncomfortable because i verbally asked to not start a tab but obviously he wanted to tip himself whatever he wanted so he kept it open. It was the middle aged white man with brown receding hair… beware and be firm with closing your tab.

Five stars across the board!!!!! I spent time in 2020 in San Francisco. I was new to the city and the family at this bar made me feel right at home they took me in like a lost little puppy and the owner of the bar. Who’s a beautiful woman drove me around with her boyfriends over to Sausalito and the Golden Gate Bridge so that I didn’t have to walk in put myself in a dangerous situation. I will always be grateful for everyone that I met in that bar, including the owner.

It's a dive bar for deseres so much love. Theo is incredible. He is so comfortable to the point he literally chased away a guy who was beyond his limits. He reads people and services them pointedly. As a Florida native he's one of the best!!!! Love this place.
Super nice people behind the bar there. Were there a while ago on a walk to Golden Gate Park. The visit to Trad'r Sam rounded off the day perfectly!

We wanted to change it up from our regular watering hole so we thought we'd try Tradr Sams. What a nice experience! Our bartender was more than gracious and very personable. I wish I could remember his name. He used to work at Cliff House.
The place we normally hang out has very strong drinks, but the pours at Tradr's are amazing. So not only potent, but very good and precisely made tropical drinks. Oh, they do have beers and other mixed drinks. We can't wait to go back with our friends ?
