The food is so average to low, I only give 3 for the environment and the drink!
Fish tacos were amazing!

I wanted to love this place because of the location, price, and existing reviews. But I must say the shoddy service outweighed the food.
Upon entering someone immediately asked if I wanted a table for one. Yes please! They were gone for a minute before a man with dark curly hair pulled back in a ponytail and thick dark glasses asked me what I was waiting on. Excuse me? “What are you waiting on?” I told him someone was looking for a table for me. He said he didn’t know what I was told, but all he had was a table and a seat at the bar. Mind you the seat at the bar was right next to the trash. I said that a table was fine because that’s what the fella said earlier, and I was just waiting on him.
He raised is voice. I DON’T KNOW WHO YOU SPOKE WITH. ALL I HAVE IS A TABLE AND SEAT AY THE BAR.
Holy crap. I almost turned and walked out.
I fearfully walked to my assigned table. The server was polite at first, but ultimately he seemed concerned with getting his tables wrapped up and collecting his tips
I will say the food was PHENOMENAL! I got the tampiqueño and empanadas. Everything was so flavorful, colorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a cacophony of flavors and kaleidoscope of plating. You can even get pinto or black beans if you are not a fan of refried beans (which I am not). I usually don’t eat beans and rice at Mexican restaurants for that fact, but these pinto beans and rice were fantastic. I was part of the clean plate club!
I cannot recommend this place in full because of the lackluster service, but the food was absolutely top notch.
All the stuff are really rude, we ask for a table they take too long to give us a table, then the “supervisor” give us a table really uncomfortable, we ask to move to another table, then he said NO. We ask to talk to the manager and they make us wait 30minutes for that, it’s a really bad service.

Was told they don’t have soft tacos, but all of the pictures are of soft tacos. Chips were super greasy and all broken up. But the salad cups are tiny so maybe that’s why. Serve crumbs for the tiny plastic cups of salsa. Service was friendly.

This place is a treasure in the heart of the city right next to Moscone Center. Despite its upscale location, the prices are surprisingly low. The outdoor section has a beautiful garden setting. And the food is delicious and fresh. Made from scratch salsas and generous serving sizes. One of my new favorites in the city for a modest but satisfying brunch or lunch. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 came here for a late lunch. We had 2 vegetarians and they were both very impressed with their meals! Everything came out quick and was delicious! I would absolutely come here again!!!

While the restaurant is conveniently located near Yerba Buena Gardens and had nice patio area, I found that everything else was average, at best. First off, I would say it is overpriced, and while it is a Mexican restaurant, I doubt many Mexicans would eat there. The food is fairly bland, with little or no heat. I ordered the Chile Rellano, and it had zero cheese, and zero spiciness.$16 for a Margherita. Mid $20's for bland food. Did not even bring chips and salsa to our table. What's up with that. Staff not very engaging in their service, just bare minimum. I gave overal 3 stars, but really, look elsewhere for good Mexican food and vibe
