Amazing oyster happy hour and high quality sushi. During happy hour you can buy a bottle of sake and get 12 oysters.

I love this place. It has just the right amount of noise. The music is mellow and allows for conversation.
This is the only place where I eat uni. Uni spoons taste like entire ocean in one bite.
Black Sabbath roll was spicy but not too much.
Black sesame cheesecake was a nice finish

Everything was delicious! The fish was very fresh and high quality, a lot lot of it is delivered from Japan! Also, I liked the variety of sashimi, and uni spoon the best I’ve ever had!

Amazing place. I was surprised how broad variety of menu they have with good authentic sushi. Their fish were really fresh, and affordable price. Service was amazing, servers were always mindfully taking care of the customers, have a friendly yet professional attitude and really helpful with sake recommendations. I wanted to try sake but im not too educated. But my waitress helped me to choose really good sake and they have Bottle of Sake/wine and dozen oyster deal. Everything was absoluetly amazing and I was surprised how affordable this place was. Plus, good location. Underrated place with such good atmosphere.

The food is amazing but the service sucks. I’ve gone twice and both times they’ve made mistakes and forgotten food and are generally not pleasant servers. Very stoic and impersonal. And bc gratuity is included, they don’t really care about the bad service.
Won’t be coming back.

Supremely underwhelming and disappointingly expensive. Be prepared to spend $200 and still be hungry, even during happy hour (like in our case). We ordered the miso cod and carpaccio along with a bottle of beringer wine. If you order a bottle, you get a dozen oysters free. Sounds good? Not really. You’d expect fat, plump oysters, but the meat was the size of a quarter each. Two of them were mashed; not sure what happened there? Maybe they got destroyed in the opening process? I accidentally bit into pieces of broken shell that were left in those oysters too. The cod and carpaccio were good, but tiny as heck for their price. By the way, the other comments were no lie- they tack on a 20% tip onto your bill which is outrageous considering service was average, at best. It’s embarrassing that you think it’s ok to do this to your patrons. If you want to support your staff, support them from your own pockets. We live in SF and have never seen any other restaurant do this. Tips should be appreciated, not expected. If you’re going to pull this kind of stunt, I would expect tremendous service on par with that found in fine dining restaurants- have your waiters clean the table in between dishes and give new cutlery and new plates without us having to ask (our waitress took our serving plates and didn’t replace them, even though we ordered a roll to share between us). At the end of the night, we were still starving but did not want to spend another penny here. We were researching other places to eat nearby so we wouldn’t go home hungry. Will never return.

26% service charge; Pay your employees. Tips should be an extra thank you for good service putting mandatory service charge is a predatory practice and I don't care if its what other businesses practice that's not an excuse those are also equally terrible places.

26% surcharge, I will not be supporting restaurants that lie to their customers about prices.

All the maki rolls we tried were delicious, the portions are small.

I would never eat at a place so presumptive as to add a mandatory 20% tip to the bill and another 6% for a wage mandate. Who do they think they are a Las Vegas Resort and Casino? Price the food like a normal business without tricky Gavin Newsom surcharges!
