One time my wife and I went here and she rubbed her eye after touching jalapeño and while laughing at her, I inhaled a jalapeño seed and started coughing a sweating violently. True Story. This place has the best Pho in SF, maybe the USA?
I never liked turtle tower that much. A few times I went there and ordered chicken with giblets but never got any giblets. Their soup is decent but I feel that it is pricier than other pho places.
A rich pure chicken broth , With dark or white meat., not too salty no sugar no soy, no spices, just luxury rich chicken broth. with green onions cilantro and you add sliced fresh green jalapeño Chile’s.served on the side. I sometimes like to add lots of black pepper and sometimes none at all I always squeeze lots of lime juice in and finally throw the squeezed wedges in too.
