I ordered the creamy udon with roe and it was delicious. The noodle texture is chewy and fun. I loved the assorted tempura here too. I came around 2pm and there wasn't a wait for 4 people. Service was very good too, they refilled our water without asking.

Mentai was delicious
Tonkutsunu Udon was delicious and had plenty of noodles (enough to take home). The service was great as well; very attentive.

A great find with rich Tonkatsu udon, curry udon and others. Great tempura too. The beef and rice was less inspiring.

Great udon spot in Japantown! The Tonkatsu Udon (medium spicy) was delicious with rich dashi broth and excellent tempura, even though it was not spicy at all.
Located inside the mall, but the line moves quickly. The dish is quite filling - maybe a bit heavy if you're not super hungry. Would definitely come back for authentic udon.

Food is totally overpriced for what you are getting. I don't think I'm going to come back here. The waitress was pretty rude to us when I was paying.

Food was yummy, ordered the tempura gyoza, tempura udon and the thick broth udon. Service was quick but they rarely checked on if you needed anything.

Got the assorted tempura, udon deluxe, and the seafood ramen. The medium spicy isnt spicy at all. Charsiu and broth was meh. Waited around 45 minutes for nothing special.

Their udon is special and has always been one of my favorite places to go in SF’s Japantown. My top three are the mentai cream, sukiyaki, and the niku udon.
I recently went with my infant son who happens to love udon and edamame. They were very accommodating during non-peak hours. Another big plus is that they have a separate kids menu with udon, corn and shelled edamame, broccoli and corn tempura, fish cake and fries. The kids udon also includes one gashapon token for their gashapon machine. Super cute!

I ordered agedashi tofu and the broth was amazing. The kick of ginger and katsuo makes it better. Not only thst but the beef sukiyaki udon was good. I ordered a large and my sister got a small. We found out there really isnt much of a difference between the two😅😅 Id say its not bad. The wait was 30-40 mins. Not too bad it. It went by fast.

Food was great. First time going to this restaurant and the server gave her recommendations. My dish was perfect, from the tempera shrimp, to the pork and the fresh udon. Would recommend and I am definitely coming back. Prices were reasonable.
