I would consider Uji Time Dessert as alright. The traditional with ube and Nutella mix ice cream was amazing but, the mochi with matcha ice cream was so buns. The employee was nice enough to exchange the mochi with traditional.
I like to eat here once in a while for the seasonal flavors. I've eaten all their staples and they are good. Pretty standard, can't go wrong.
The 2024 Spring seasonal flavor peach was very, very sweet and artificial tasting.

Uji Time Dessert in Japantown is a great store. This one time, my group of 11 went here, and we all had some pretty complicated orders. There was only one kind man working here all alone. He made all of our complicated orders, and even though it seemed frustrating, he kept calm and was very kind.
