Got the O.G. burger and side of fries for $15.
The burger patty was dry. I did note on the menu that it would be cooked well done, but considering it was also advertised as a wagyu beef patty, I expected it to be more succulent and juicy. The wagyu value was not shining through. The fries were on the very crispy side and dark brown. Also well done I guess. Good to have some crispy bits, but overly fried for my liking.
Service is tepid -- not friendly and not unfriendly. Counter tops are not wiped down. Am expecting too much?
Perhaps this is not representative of Uncle Boy's, but then it would indicate there is a big quality inconsistency issue. Based on this experience, I would not go out of my way for Uncle Boy's.

The burgers are really good and generally so is the service but today it was not. Drove 15 minutes after calling on the phone to place an order and was told when I arrived that I have to place the order on door dash or Uber because their cash register isn't working. One of the most important parts of being a business is to be able to accept payments for your services or product. That's like business 101. Apparently this place doesn't understand that. You lost a loyal customer over this. This business is laughable at best for it's inability to have a working cash register and to expect that they can just tell the customer to order on doordash or Uber... Let me just go ahead and pay extra cost for the same product and then pay for the fee to pick up myself while I'm sitting in your restaurant. In other words who gives a shit about our inconvenience, we can just put it on the customer. Really poor customer service here. 🤣🤣🤣

Uncle Boys is a neighborhood gem that hits the spot every time. From the burger to even the grilled chicken sandwhich you can’t go wrong. My apologies to the community for not snapping a photo I was so excited to be back I just dove in lol. This time around I got the OG with bacon well done. Pure awesomeness, a juicy patty with all the fixins’. Even if you not in the area pull up on em! Shout out to the owner for throwin us a cple lumpia baskets for the f.

Ordered to-go, yet was shown a touch display prompting me to sign (I paid with my Apple Pay which doesn't require extra signage), apparently with the purpose of shaming me into adding a tip even though there's no service that would warrant it. Burger wasn't great (there's only "well done") but not bad either. Outside seating was rather uninviting, inside even worse. Overall an unpleasant experience.

ABSOLUTE joke of a business. Ordered & paid online and was told my food was ready. When I showed up the place was closed 5 hours before the listed close hours. Apathetic employee told me to call a # for a refund. The # provided had no affiliation w/ Uncle Boys whatsoever. CLOWNS on every level. Was given the name ‘John’. Refund me ‘John’.
