Our office's fav place for gatherings lately. Good food, serves alcohol, inside is okay but the big draw is the large outside setting area. Google Maps has this located on Market, but go around to the back via 2nd Street to find the patio and entrance.

The food is decent, but they offer only one spicy hot sauce option with no mild alternative. The portion sizes are not very generous. When I requested extra salsa for my breakfast plate, I was told I had to purchase the chips and salsa separately. Service took longer than usual because the veggies weren't cooked yet. (Avoid going right when it opens)

Why is the salsa so darn salty? It has 3 times the amount of salt than normal salsa. I can't get through more than a few bites with the plain chips (chips are good and fine) before finishing the rest of the chips without the salsa. Please reduce the salt!
easily best taqueria in san francisco. usually get the fish taco and tortilla chips with salsa. service is superb-nice staff. vibes(ambiance-great. nice, traditional silverware and plates. five stars.

I want to love and support this place because tacos downtown is always a plus. But they make it hard. And I've been here twice and had really odd experiences. I'll preface this and say that I've gone here with work colleagues for lunch and both times we've had a ticket with everyone's order to dine in. That said, both times the meal pick up has been a mess as some items come up first and some aren't ready. That's understandable. But what's happened both times is it seems to be frustrating for them to deal with our ticket/order as they clear the ticket without all items being ready and then give us attitude for it. The first time they had me wait up at the counter (where it's very busy and in the middle of the restaurant) for the rest of the food to come out, which took almost 20 mins. So by the time my food was ready and I walked back, my colleagues were done eating. Ok. Annoying but not the end of the world. However, it happened again recently and both times the staff is frustrated with us. Despite it being an issue with their system as they shouldn't clear a ticket before all items are ready to go. It's a frustrating experience when dining with a group. The food is inconsistent but decent. Last time I found my order to be really greasy.

4.5/5 Overall. My wife and I went here on a Thursday night to grab some cheapish food with drinks and am I glad that we did. This was our first time and we started off with their margaritas, which were amazing. We also ended up getting their mojitos which were definitely 10/10.For dinner: We ordered one of each of their tacos, the carnitas burrito, and rice and beans. Everything was so delicious that we definitely plan on coming back again. My favorite was the fish and carnitas taco, I was definitely surprised and impressed by their fish taco. My wife loved their carnitas. They give you the salsa bottle and I LOVE THAT so you can use as much as you want.The atmosphere was also wonderful. However it can be hard to get a table inside. Maybe go on a warm day and enjoy eating outside.Overall, I’d give it a 9.5/10. Definitely worth the visit, especially considering the prices and what they deliver. Happy Eating!
