Had food delivered and the mousse came frozen. Worst mouse ever.

Easy, quick and good pricing for bulk purchases.

So I've been here at least five times each time it's just been meh. The salads and snacks are fine if you're in a hurry but the store is so disgusting that I won't go back. I've tried giving it a fair shot but each time I went I was greeted by swarms of flies in my face and around the food. Don't get me wrong it's totally normal to have a couple flies around a store it's only natural. However the flies just won't stop they're everywhere like there's something constantly rotting. I could also understand if they were actively trying to get rid of them (I.e having fly traps, etc) but it seems like they must have a close relationship to those damn flies.

Feel like I paid $12 for a bowl of slaw

$200 bought me a 3-day cleanse that tasted like crap. I'm being generous in the star rating because this location did no harm to me. The juices, however, were pretty patently unpalatable. This was the "low glycemic" one because reviews on the website warned me off others that were "too sweet" or sugar packed. The "green" juices were truly awful tasting, and the others were just okay. This was my first cleanse and as far as they go, I enjoyed Urban Remedy as a fast because it was low calorie: 670 kcal total for a day of this particular cleanse. Over at Pressed Juice SF, it was more than a thousand calories for the beginner cleanse. I wasn't pleased about this, but it tasted that much better, and the Pressed Juice bottles came labeled with numbers on the caps to know which order to consume them. Urban Remedy had no instructions of this sort. But it's did come with **all sorts** of helpful tips like booking a colonic, aromatherapy, only doing light exercise and taking reflective hikes. The people who must buy these cleanses are Marina wives who take spiritual awakening journeys at Burning Man every other year.

Why can’t healthy food taste good?

The one star is for how they staff this place. I went by on a Sunday @3:50 and they have a "will return @4:30" sign on the door. Someone is inside, it looks like they're Alone. I don't fault the employee for taking their lunch, but I do fault the store owner/manager for setting them up to have to close randomly

I actually ordered from the Urban Remedy Express - and the items are all delivered prepackaged so I'm am assuming it is the same at all the locations. So keep that in mind so you don't expect made-to-order smoothies, although you can also customize their salads. I tried the Urban Remedy Salad with Smoothie, selecting the Soba Noodle Bowl - 100% gluten-free buckwheat soba, cabbage, cilantro, red peppers, black seasame seeds, carrots and green onions. The dressing has a pasty, peanut butter consistency so you really have to mix it in there. It's also lighter in flavor, so don't be shy with the quantity added. The salad is very cabbage focused, I wish there was more of the soba noodle and then the peppers add a nice subtle sweetness to it. The smoothie choice was an organic chocolate banana "meal shake" - almond milk, vanilla, banana, chia, pea protein, coconut and cacao. It's not super think, more like whole milk consistency. To me, the flavor reminded me of chocolate mixed with cherry cough syrup. I really don't mean that in a bad way, it's just a medicinal quality that makes you take notice, but also makes you think you are drinking something really really healthy. That's all...

Love this place! Healthy, tasty and for well thought out salads, with organic health ingredients the price point is good.

Excellent food but obviously a little pricey for the food. If you are looking for high quality healthy food on the go this is the place.

I ordered here through DoorDash for the first time. I ordered 2 salad and juice combo: vegan Caesar and turmeric lemonade + burrito bowl and chocolate Banana milk for me and another person. We can’t drive at the moment which is why I used DoorDash. They called me last minute saying they had no vegan Caesar dressing and said they can’t substitute the dressing for anything else so they sent the order off with the DoorDash driver with only the burrito bowl & 2 drinks. Since these 2 meals for 2 people, only 1 person gets a meal. Highly disappointed as this is my 1st time ordering urban remedy. If the vegan Caesar isn’t available, then the restaurant should be updating it to let their customers know to avoid these issues such as 1 person getting their meal and the other isn’t. The cashier said to order something else again once the order is delivered. Definitely not happy about this.

i had food delivered and was surprised at the small portions and amount of plastic packaging on every item. it seems pretty overpriced for what it is and the menu images falsely glamorize what you actually get :( its hard to find vegan friendly, health conscious restaurants so i was really disappointed about my first try here.

This review is specifically for the drink: Deep Cleaning. So if you're not interested in getting a juice, then head to the next review. Rounding from 3.5 to 4 stars because maybe this is how clean eating life is suppose to taste. It's not like I thought I could get a super healthy drink and it would taste like an iced matcha tea latte or anything... but I was not ready for the vegetable packed sips this little guy came with. It tasted like water and vegetables, with a hint of lemon *shrugs* no surprises here; what you read is what you get. I tried something different this time around, and told myself I'd drink some greens instead of having lunch. Note to self: ease into the drinking greens craze... do not jump right into it. On that note, after drinking half the bottle, I did feel pretty good! Granted, I was still hungry... but as least I didn't feel bloated and I didn't have any regret towards what could've been a greasy lunch :) I probably won't order it again, but it was an experience!
