I've been here for 12 minutes, the staff aren't going to the counter to provide assistance, and the orders are all ready. But no staff member is providing help with the pick-up.

We ordered the Crème Brûlée Milk Tea and were super impressed. The combination of the two flavours were really tasty. The pearls were perfect texture. Would return for it again.
No washrooms unfortunately

Disappointed. Got jasmine with cloud cream and it tastes watery and doesn’t hit the spot like you would hope a good spot like urban would. Also my drink came layered so I shook it a little and the plastic was not fully sealed so it spilled. Sad to say I was not satisfied with urban rituals drink today. Will keep this in mind.
The best bubble tea in SF
I did a quick pick up order through square, but my drink was sitting ready for me! I got a green milk tea with boba and crème brûlée, 50% sweet, regular ice. It was delicious! I could probably go for 30% sweet next time since the crème brûlée and boba bring their own sweetness. It smells great in there.

A standard but good experience. Felt like I was in good hands.
Found a fingernail in my boba last Saturday night.

They are very inconsistent with the quality. I have been a couple of times now and the first time I thought it was just fine. Got the strawberry basil and a tiramisu. Basil had one piece of basil, so no taste of basil, but the boba was fine. More recently, got another tiramisu that I wanted to try more sweet than the last time and it ended up being bland milk with raw cocoa. Also, I tried tea with yuzu honey and thought the yuzu zest was way overdone in volume and bitterness to the point where it was hardly edible. Pretty disappointed in both drinks and lack of consistency. These were take out orders so I cannot speak to how they would have rectified this had I tried them in house.

i got the standard milk tea, which was fine but was missing some more complex notes that i would hope to get in a black tea. they have a variety of flavors under their specialty drinks that i might be interested in trying though

THE BEST BOBBA I HAVE EVER HAD. I cannot stress enough how much i love this place. I DoorDash this more than id like to admit. The creme brûlée as well as the UBE boba are some of the best drinks I’ve had in SF period. The matcha is also amazing for a boba spot (matcha snob here). Do yourself a favor and get urban ritual. I’ve been bringing my friends here and getting them hooked (spreading the boba gospel 😇)

super rude, messed up my order twice, very overpriced, owners have no accountability. the only advantage is they are open late
I like the drinks here but the store is always super loud with music and the inside feels dirty / sticky. Would grab a drink here but don’t love meeting up with friends inside

We had the hibiscus tea and the sesame ball. Both were delicious, though I suggest going no ice with the sesame ball drink.

Great boba, interesting flavors, free wifi, comfy seating, friendly staff! I came in the evening and it wasn’t too crowded- could be a good place to work if you don’t mind a little noise. Sadly no bathroom. I got the black sesame mochi drink (hot) with boba- so good! I’m excited to come back and try more flavors. I appreciated all the original flavor combos- it really made it hard to choose.
Edit: came back and tried one of the specialty flavors: crème brûlée (with oatmilk) and enjoyed- it had the crackly hard sugar pieces in it and genuinely tasted like creme brûlée in a drink!

This is a great place to have good quality and adventurous Boba. Their menu is so different and unique, makes me want to come back again for a different flavor. I ordered a crème brulee milk tea and it was heavenly. The burned sugar in the bottom gave good texture when you chewed them with boba, but not overwhelmingly sweet. Everything was just perfect.
