Great empanadas! Take a few, ask to hit them up and take the elevator to the roof top part.

A great spot to grab a quick bite to eat. The Mediterranean Empanada was quite tasty and is a good vegan option.

Nice option in fidi for a quick & hot meal - flaky crust was perfect. We enjoyed the creamy mushroom filling the most!

Awful customer service. I ordered online after work before I had to catch the bus. When I arrived, the employee told me he never received my order. He suggested I accidentally placed my order at their other location, which was accurate. All he offered was a weak, “I’m sorry… We get that complaint a lot.” He did not refund my money. He did not give me any food unless I ordered and paid AGAIN. I showed him how on their website, online orders went to the other location by default and customers would have to double check fine print to determine that. The employee was totally indifferent. I left with no refund and no food. I paid $20 for nothing. If that happens “a lot,” it seems common sense they should try to fix that? Or perhaps have some standard protocol to be rectify the issue, like issuing a refund or providing the ordered food? Awful service. I will never be back.

Great empanada options - lots of veggie ones and some good beef ones as well. Good little wine list also!
Get them to go and head up to the park for lunch.

Restaurantji Recommends
I was skeptical when I saw the empanadas were reheated in a subway-sandwich-style oven, but I was quickly won over. My ham and cheese empanada tasted fresh and flavorful, while the chipotle empanada wasn't my taste but was still quality. I'd recommend skipping the small side of green herb and oil sauce, and asking for more of the orange tomato-y sauce. The sangria was average quality (mediocre wine and not much sweetness) but it was VERY generously portioned for $9. Those with a weak tolerance to alcohol shouldn't finish the cup. There are bar seats around the edge of the restaurant with a view of the food court, and there's nice music. It's also not busy in the evening.
Parking: Don't even bother trying to park in this area unless you're willing to pay a lot in a garage. It's only a few blocks away from Barr and Muni.
Kid-friendliness: There's no menu items specifically for kids, but there are simple empanadas like ham and cheese. I'd rate this a "maybe" for picky eaters.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's no steps nor ramps, but I don't remember if the entrance door is powered. Seating is all raised bar seats with nothing at wheelchair height, although there's lots of normal seating just outside.

We tried the Argentine Beef, Aji (Spicy) Gallina, and Mushroom empanadas. All of them were super tasty, and I would go back in a heartbeat. I'd say the Aji empanada was only mildly spicy. My BIL had the Argentine Chorizo and also loved it. We were impressed with the wide variety of empanada options, which is one reason we chose this versus some of the other empanada places.
Vegetarian options: There are at least ten vegetarian empanada selections, as well as salads and some vegan or vegetarian soups.

It's a stand at the bar kinda place but swankish, I mean they have really nice wood countertops to eat at. We ended up here after trying the tycoon across from it for dessert. Ended up taking some empanadas to go. We tried two veggie and two meat. We thought the veggie were better but all were tasty, we liked them better than the ones in the ferry building. I'll go back to try the other's.

I love this place! Gluten free life saver, nice staff. $6.50 yummy gf lunch is a rare find, especially in sf! The salads are also yummy and the latte was tastey. My son loves the regular empanadas as well. ?

Small spot in the Salesforce travel plaza. Wide selection of meat, veggie, vegan empanadas that are heated up on ordering. There's a selection of salads, soups and a couple of desserts. Everything we tried was great and tasted very good. The guy behind the counter was great. Turned out to be super convenient for a snack on a Sunday evening and I'll be stopping by at other times too.
