We live across the street from Seniore's on Haight. They just moved here from Divisadero, replacing Volare. I have not dined in, but I have ordered pizza and salad several times for takeout. I have been very happy with them. Friendly people and great pizza.
Truthfully, my first visit to Volare was to buy just a drink. However, the pizza smelled so good, I had to buy a couple slices to go. The guy who helped me was super friendly and chatty. We got to talking about where each other is from (he's from Jordan) and some other things. On my second visit, he recognized me. The pizza's good. The people there are nice. What else do you need?

As a kid I assumed most pizza places were family run businesses (because in the 'old Sf', they were) and they all had different personalities and recipes (some more 'appealing' to me than others of course, But) they all kinda had to take some care and pride in it because pizza is 'what they did' - Seniores is as "family based" as I've ever seen, the pizza is hearty, generous, (Not Overpriced!) and Tastes Good!
