For airport food, it exceeded expectations. The atmosphere in the airport is thick with stress, so you are already predisposed for a bad experience, but the curry was excellent. The hearty chunks of soft carrot and potato were comforting as were the American-sized hunks of tasty chicken. The chicken seemed cut by hand and there were little bits of skin, fat and cartilage attached which I loved, but might not be everyone’s cup of tea. The curry sauce was stimulatingly spiced...
I'm in SFO all the time. Wakaba is one of my stops and fave restaurants there. Healthy and filling broths and soups, good portions and good price especially for airport food. Quick and easy pick up and go. Highly recommended
Got the ramen for $16.50.

It was mediocre and kind of overpriced (Standard for airport food though, I guess. Most other food places in this terminal are roughly this price or even more expensive)

Seating is shared across the other small eateries around the terminal. Tables are kind of nasty but there was live music when I was there so that was a win
