Was recommended this place for the weekend $10 bottomless drinks. I got grilled eel and really enjoyed my food, the sides of miso and salad were good as well. Although I wasn't a big fan of the sushi I ordered. The decor of the inside is really cute, wish I had taken more pictures. Because of the drink promotion it was busy with lots of younger people inside, which could be great or not desirable depending on what you're looking for.

What's a decent little place the food was okay nothing special fun lively place the waitress was brilliant but they need a better reservation system too many people were left standing around the door waiting to get some of the people sitting at the table set too long and for such a small place a bad situation customers walking away got to get a better reservation systemVegetarian options: They had quite a few vegetarian dishes which was quite impressive

We came for the $10 all you can drink soju/sake, and it did not disappoint. The sushi, however, was mid-tier. Wasabi Bistro was also not a 5-star experience because you will not be seated until your entire party is there, and reservations are a strict 2hr limit. Don’t be late, or unfortunately expect to wait around.

Heads up that they close at random times, when they feel like it, even two hours before their hours posted on Google maps. Also, lol when I asked them to correct their posted hours on Google maps they told me they didn't care. Really awesome.

Kid-friendliness: It's fine for kids but when my 10 year ordered her dinner none of it came. We had to reorder with the guy who spoke more English. They accommodated her immediately after that

Service was horrible. I ordered the chicken katsu curry. They brought out chicken katsu. I was like oh well I don’t want to waste this and I like katsu anyhow, no worries. Decent meal, just not what I ordered. At the end when my check arrived, I was charged for the katsu curry. I asked why I didn’t receive the curry then. Server said they were out of curry. Information I could have used at the beginning when ordering, I would have gotten something else. Hard to flag down one of the 15 people on stafff for some reason, everyone is looking elsewhere all the time and not engaging the diners. Hard to say I’ll go back here with other sushi and Japanese cuisine around. I wish them well, just not for me✌?

$80 for 2 people and 4 rolls. Took 1.5hrs to get them, and we left hungry, so I won't be returning.

Seriously one of my favorite spots for affordable unlimited soju cocktails + pretty decent Japanese food! My go-to is always the miso salmon roll + the secret flavor soju cocktails. Perfect spot for a friendsgiving/birthday get-together/or even a pregame before the bars since it's close to so many bars along the Castro. I do recommend reserving in advance using the Yelp app since the wait can be pretty long on Friday-Sat nights. Other than that, it's a good time!

I went here on a Saturday night and it wasn't too busy. It was around a 15 min wait. The service was good and I enjoyed my time there. I ordered the mixed sojus because it was bottomless! My favorite was the secret drink. The sushi there was decent. The chicken teriyaki was a bit dry.I had a blast there overall!

One of the greatest drink deals in the city! Bottomless pitchers for $10/person with the purchase or $15/person of food. We got the vegetarian gyozas, Vege Dragonroll, Asparagus Avocado roll, and Sweetheart Roll. All were pretty yummy, the Dragonroll being my favorite since it had the most flavor and texture. Our group ordered the Secret, Gummy Bear, and Lychee cocktails, the Secret was my favorite (super refreshing) - the lychee was the strongest tasting of all of them. The interior is cozy - it has Christmas lights and larger tables / booths for groups and was quiet on our weekday night but generally pretty loud. Reservations def help for larger parties!
