We enjoyed a lovely dinner with friends in celebration of my husband's birthday. Our server, John, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. His suggestions were spot on and everyone enjoyed their meal. The blackened whitefish was delicious and perfectly prepared. The lamb was flavorful and tender. We all enjoyed the raw oysters and ceviche and the milk bread is a must order. Highly recommend Waterbar and looking forward to a return visit soon.
Our friends visiting from Chile appreciated the server who spoke Spanish with them when ordering. She was flexible with everyone Sheri g numerous plates and us arriving at different times. The food was delicious, creatively presently and the menu offered a variety of fish, fowl and meat choices. Or favorites were the lamb osobucco and the peach salad. The creative cocktails refreshing on the warm summer night. 100% enjoyed our visit.
Nicole provided outstanding service. I greatly appreciate the variety of wines available by the glass. I had a Verdejo and enjoyed it with our oysters. The place was very busy but that didn't diminish our service at all. My wife and I have visited and documented over 200 restaurants and this is definitely one of our favorites.
