Pretty good mall pretzels. Nothing crazy but it reminded me of being dragged to the mall as kid

I just bought an overpriced pretzel ? for over $8. Since I want to eat the pretzel later, I asked for a paper bag to be given to me. She refused because she supposedly wasn't allowed to. I even offered her a dollar. She refused again. I make it clear to her that I have never traveled to a country that produces so much waste and that I have a useful use for the paper bag. Never again Wetzel Pretzels

I endure making my way through the busy mall, to indulge in a sweet treat, occasionally.My go to is the Cinnamon Sugar pretzel at Wetzel’s. I get the Sweet Glaze to dip it into. Very delicious.Thick, creamy, and so rich.I noticed that the price points have risen immensely, in the last year or so. Must be due to inflation. Still worth every cent, as far as I’m concerned. Their items are stellar. Terrific drinks and exceptional pretzels.

It’s been two times already. Everytime I eat their food, I got sore throat right away the next day. I don’t know how much oil in those food.

As I was enjoying my afternoon walk with my pizza bitz, I felt something that was poking my finger, I looked at my pizza bitz and found a needle poking through the pizza. I was horrified. Normally I don't look at bites when I'm eating it cause they're too small. I went back to the location and told them this is totally unacceptable. They apologized and one stated that it's not hair as if my complaints was not to be taken care off. I replied this a needle that can potentially harm me if eaten. I don't care if I eat a strand of hair, I'm not okay with needle on my food. Totally unacceptable. I told them to check their products and make sure there's no more needles poking in other pizza bitz and they refused to check. I immediately contacted the city and filed an official complaint.Be careful out there guys! Check what you eat!

The attention of the employee was supreme and above all she made an effort to speak to us in Spanish, the products are of the highest quality. The only thing that will change would be the location is somewhat hidden from the gondola.

My search for a pretzel came to an end. Wetzel’s Pretzels has a wide variety of them. Salt and Pepperoni are fan favorites. The mini pretzel hot dogs also make a good snack.

A MUST have stop when in SF. Great food. Love the flavors and sauces you can add..

Mandy was particularly rude. She attempted to charge me twice for a free item on my birthday. She tried to have someone else cut in front of me during my turn. Luckily, her co-worker helped me out instead and informed her of how the transaction needed to be charged. I did not get her name, but I am thankful to her
