This is clearly one of the most attractive place to eat in the neighborhood. Whenever I visit this place I am incredibly happy. They always keep their very high level service and the highest level of cooking they serve. You no doubt will love this place. Very recommended.
Visited on a Wednesday I think. Prices were fair for the quality of the food. I see why this place has so many good reviews.
Review is of the restaurant, never stayed at the hotel. Attentive staff and the lowest price to quality steak in the city. Brick pressed chicken is also excellent ?
We stayed in the Beresford Hotel (attached) and for our first night we ate in the White Horse. There was eight of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Ribs, chicken wings, Steaks, a cottage pie, whow, very good. Also the beer was first class, I personally loved the Firestone. It was so good we came back for our second night and ate there again.
Great staff, good drinks & food. Came in after a 12 hour flight & feel like a regular already.
Great place. Perfect value for money
Friendly and attentive staff, large portions we couldn’t eat it all, very well cooked. Good value for money.Only downside it was a bit dark inside.

Great bartenders, delicious food and free popcorn. The atmosphere is one of an old English pub and I loved it.
A warm atmosphere. Reasonable and good food on offer as well as drinks, of course. The beer was good but one thing I did not like was their diet coke. It was the fountain type and was weak and tasted of chlorine to me. (Maybe just the SF water?) It can get crowded. Also has a bar-type shuffleboard table.
Service was great, food was amazing, and prices were so affordable!
Attatched to Hotel Beresford just a couple blocks from Union Square. Amazing food and very good value. Our waiter Jeremiah was superb...couldn,t do enough for us. Spent all of our 3 nights in San Fran having dinner here! Very impressed.
Great place for a drink....
